Genuine review time:

Okay, the game is fun, mostly in multiplayer, a bit bland in singleplayer but overall fun with multiplayer, which is the point.

There are plenty of fun things to do in this game.

...There however is bagage.

All servers have issues with people being overly.... excited/trolly, 18+ or not.
There is also a issue I raised to the developer and modding community that none want to resolve, Lack of supported platforms.

I get most people play on Windows, but there is no reason that Linux and macOS should NOT be supported, with Godot + Steam, it's extremely trivial, I have been helping a few of my friends run the game natively under macOS.

The lack of support for other platforms is honestly really disapointing.

Also, there should be options for modded clients, so you can flag a server as being modded, hell, maybe even native mod support, with listed mods being shown, mostly due to this game having a HUGE modding scene.

Plus it'd make modding the aforementioned macOS/Linux versions of the game easier.

This is one of the deepest JRPG games I have ever played, the turn-based combat reminds me of Chrono Trigger, the entire plot reminded me of OoT, like, super good mix of those classics, I would recommend if you played such classics as those.

The plot twist at the end will leave you crying.

EAC Causes more issues than it resolves, such as making the game impossible to run on certain Linux distros, causing performance issues, not being able to tell cheat software from general purpose software, being invasive, any many more, and the admins are currently so sensitive, I got banned for a week for posting a joke image, said image was supposedly spam.

How I delete the default cube:
1. Select Cube
2. Go into edit mode
3. Press A and then M, then select Merge to Center
4. Go into object mode
5. Press X twice

Cave Story, I'd personally call it the "grandfather" of Indie games, so much of its legacy is in modern Indies to this day, Studio Pixel's legendary game.

Tho if ima be honest, I dont know if I like Ikachan or Cave Story more.

This game is a solid 10/10 for me, this game is one of the most influential games ever developed, its code is still used in most modern games.

This game pushed the boundaries of what was possible on the hardware of its day, and Indie Game developers (Like me) look at these games and are inspired by the legacy they gave us.

Also I think John Carmack is a masterful coder, sure, he didnt make the engine on his own, but he still made most of it, he is a legend among men.
