This game is live service used for good. The game is solid and plenty of fun.
Sony backtracked on the PSN thing. Hopefully they learned their lesson.

4/10 The idea of the game is great and fresh, the execution however is very poor. It is still in early development but has some very annoying bugs/design choices (cant tell what is a but or a feature.)

I would say dont buy it at full price, wait till it goes on sale for something like 5 bucks.

Fixes the wonky third person camera issues for dinos (compared to the first game.) Getting health and ammo from kits or feeding spots is glitchy at best, it randomly gets interupted and has some kind of cool down that seems to vary and has no indication that it is over. No limits on tyrants (trex etc) which take multiple humans to take down. Weapons are broken. The deagle is slow, has broken reloads and sometimes does not fire. Using the thrown item does not interupt reloads. Shotgun reload is not interupted by firing. The assault rifle's mounted grenade launcher forces you to reload immediately after shooting and takes ages making it rather useless in most battles. The hitbox for the mines is very small and the damage is low. The dinos have massive hitboxes on their legs. And my biggest gripe of all: MOST MAPS FEEL FLAT. Every map is the same because it is totally flat, in maps that return from the old game, you cant get on the roofs and can only attack and be attacked from a few angles. The newer maps seem to change little to nothing and might as well be reskins of a flat forest.

12/10 It gave me magic crystals (i suspect they are meth)
