I am a big Fan of the Game, I love the asthetics, the monsters, the weapons, the fighting in general and there are alot of smart ways, certain things are working. For example: The Karakuri buildingsystem is easy to understand and a really usefull and versitaile....and most of all...FUN...tool to spice the simpler combat system up a notch.
The story isnt that gripping but its not bad at all, even some sidequests peaked my interest. There is a great balance between following the mainstory and derping off somewhere to explore, gather or just simply enjoy the game.

Sounds great so far, right? YES this game is an amazing experience IF it wasend for the elephant in the room: The Performance

Especially after the newest patch update (27.03.2023), the game is absolutley unlpayable for me, every option i try, or even if i boost my PCs specs to the absolute maximum and allocate every last ressource to the game, it wont even run on low settings anymore. (Pre patch i was able to play just fine on mid to high settings, guess the newest AMD optimisazion destroyed Intel users)
Sadly thats not all: there are gamebreaking bugs present to this day, and if i say gamebreaking, i mean gamebreaking!! you can loose every last bit of your progress if the sync fails, there are multiple story relevant quests that can break in Multiplayer and get you stuck, unable to move forward in the story. Kemonos can unload mid fight (Turn invisible) and the list goes on.

I am looking forward to a day all these issues are fixed, but until then i cannot recommend buying a Tripple A Title, that feels released pre Alpha.
