The game is really fun honestly, I like it a lot and that's why I wanted to play it more, and complete it.
But it's.. apparently really buggy when it comes to that.
Unlocking new cats is tied to achievements, but after getting every avaliable achievement I have not unlocked every cat due to glitches or whatnot.
And the final achievement is to unlock every cat, which is.. very annoying.
Really enjoyed the game up until this happening though.

EDIT: Changed the review from negative to positive cause, I just made a new file and got 100% once again, which was still fun.
So even if occasional bugs with achievements annoying, its such a nice game~

kiryu is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ moron ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

The visuals are cleaner, such absolutely beautiful art.
The gameplay is more interesting, there's a lot more to it and I somehow feel stupid while playing a h game.
The sound design and, god, the dialogue. Kyu's dialogue alone makes this game worth it, so good.
10/10 actual game of the year, Improvements all around.

Absolutely so much fun, it might be the only game where i only felt joy completing it to 100%.
It's never too difficult, yet it never feels stale and boring like so many collect-a-thon games can feel.
I absolutely recommend grabbing this game if you're looking to enjoy yourself for a good 30+ hours

Give options for beta patches if you're going to change things after launch, jesus.

Very fun PvE shooter which is quite short, but very easily picked up to try cause of it

I suck at this game

It's basically what I wish pokemon was. More interesting combat, the story and sidequests are quite fun and not as family friendly as you'd excpect like geez. And it has the format of being an MMO ontop of it, so you see other players and can interact with friends. So many quality of life changes youd want from regular pokemon, like actually being able to see IVs and much more.
