Hello,
I am contacting you to appeal a VAC ban I received on my Steam account in Counter-Strike 2. Upon review, it appears the ban is related to the activation of the AMD Anti-Lag+ feature integrated into the AMD Adrenalin drivers. This technology has been acknowledged by AMD and various expert media outlets as potentially leading to unfair bans due to injecting code into the game in a way that is incorrectly detected by the VAC system.
I have never used cheats or unauthorized modifications. My sole purpose was to improve latency using an official feature of my graphics driver.
AMD subsequently released a patch and publicly addressed the issue (drivers 23.10.1 / 23.10.2).

I request that you review my situation and, if possible, reconsider my VAC ban, given that this situation was beyond my control.
