The best thing to sit down and relax to. New content gets me coming back to try it again, I'd say my mental health is literally better for playing through this game once a year.

It's good

The clunky combat isn't as bad as it could be, the writing more than makes up for it in the later chapters and even in the modern day this game still holds up.

I don't like it and I'm not sure why. It feels... wrong. I was going to welcome change, I was expecting it, but this feels akin to an MMO. There are glowy units that take unrealistic ammounts of damage to kill. The rest of the units take about 2 shots to kill, doesn't matter where. This is no challenge to sneaking around, or freeing compounds. I literally had a plane crash directly into me and lived, not sure if bug or what. Everything just feels too easy. I'm having a seriously hard time deciding how to feel. I loved the other farcry games..

10/10 would purge and have crushing realization of my own dark desires again.

Great game, great design, has it's problems but it looks like they'll be worked through in the future. Very exctied to see where this goes, and regardless loving it where it's at.

A very good time waster, not as in it's a waste of time, but each game usually lasts about 5-10 minutes. Good way to kill time.
