Im really excited for this game and ive been looking forward to it for months ever since i heard about it. I loved monster sanctuary and this is feeling just as good if not better to me already so far. Early impressions from demo: The pixel art and animations are great, roguelite elements work fantastic here, engaging combat. Looking forward to full version.

Early Access Review
Ive really enjoyed this game (it scratches this nostalgic itch I have for classic diablo) and Ive put in like 22 hrs at the time of this review. I saw this game on asmons stream originally and got it immediately because Im a diablo fan and also someone who enjoyed vampire survivors. Shoutout to the devs for making this banger game and for 4 dollars! Anyways I think this is much better than VS and I am excited to see future content like more items/powers and stages, the more the better. HYPE.

1. HYPER MODE: after awhile in vampire survivors 30 min runs became too much of a slog for me. I dont mind doing them from time to time especially at the beginning when content is fresh but i love having quick fun 15 min runs after ive settled into the game a bit more. This would be hugely appreciated.
2. Harder difficulties: pretty self explanatory, there needs to be some way to adjust difficulty. Maybe elite monsters could be spiced up in these difficulties and have different random powers/traits of their own similar to in diablo with how the creatures had different random affixes.
3. Hard to see enemies on some levels: I mainly had this issue with level 2, Its just hard to see some of the enemies and there was a certain point on that level where my senses just became overwhelmed with all the hard to track stuff happening at once. I really enjoyed level 2 outside of that issue but because of this I dont want to play it again until it gets changed. Maybe have an option available where you can see enemy outlines? Just a thought, im sure theres other ways to tackle it but there just needs to be more contrast between the enemies and the bg on that level. Id also like to see more customization of the mouse cursor (like color choice of the cursor).
4. I do like the design of the bosses with the exception of the 2nd boss who just feels like they are missing something, I guess the idea is that he eventually creates so many floaty balls that you just have a hard time navigating the fight but I feel like he needs to do that more quickly or be a bit more deadly and have another trick up his sleeve or something.
5. I like the classes here a lot, especially the archer (absolute fav)/sorceress and exterminator. The cleric is probably the one I enjoyed least, I found the sound of his attack a little weird and I didnt like listening to it much but maybe thats just me. Maybe in the future there could be like a trapper class or an assassin? Anyways, to reiterate the classes all feel pretty good to great.

Incredibly solid card game. As someone who plays several other CCGs (MTG, gwent, Pokemon) this one is my current favorite.
