HELLDIVERS is a wonderful gaming experience. Playing with a group of friends makes it really shine. The rush of pulling through a chaotic battle is hard to beat. The objectives are varied and interesting. You'll generally have to tweak your loadout a little bit in order to succeed at the higher levels, which is refreshing really.

Some of the DLC is useful, some of it isn't, some of it is OP. Decide for yourself what you want or don't want.

Remember to be polite (accidents happen, a lot) and have fun!

As an avid fan of horror games and the Alien universe, this game felt like a special treat just for me.

The art direction is really something special. CA did a great job capturing the feel of the leaky ol' Nostromo which, while being a throwback, brings a real breath of fresh air into an otherwise stagnating game franchise. The gameplay is really slick too. The xenomorph is consistently a pain in the ass and scary as hell which can be frustrating at times but getting from one end of a corridor to the other without being spotted feels like a victory, and there are plenty of corridors.

I devoured this game and came back for more! I've yet to complete it on the 'Nightmare' mode, but I find 'Hard' mode to be the most properly balanced. The only real tips I can give are to never, ever run, try not to be seen,, and show no mercy to those Working Joes.

Keep your tracker out and good luck!

A game much like Fallout and Fallout 2, as promised, but also so much more.

A sophisticated , challenging, tactical turn-based top-down RPG. Is there a moniker for such a thing ? A Fallout clone, can I say that ? It's really a great game. Solid gameplay, compelling story and interesting characters and scenarios. The humor is suitably black and hilarious, as you'd expect in the post-apocalypse.

If you enjoyed the older Fallout titles, you'll love this.

A very fun game! As much a feudal simulator as it is an action-rpg. This is the finest in the M&B series and should not be missed. It can be very difficult at times but don't give up! Don't feel bad dropping it down to easy for a while... it can be unforgiving. The mod community is fantastic as well. The Diplomacy mod, it's just called Diplomacy, is especially wonderful. It adds some much needed depth to the political interactions in-game. It's a bit text heavy so a little imagination goes a long way. The game is very open and active. NPC's are always doing something, wars are always being waged, looters are always looting. The game is what you make of it and you can make it quite terrific indeed.

First off there really isn't any reason you shouldn't get this game because it is FREE! Secondly, it's just too damned fun to miss!

Alien Swarm is a top-down arcade style survival shooter that features 4-player co-op against hordes of hostile alien life forms. Experience is gained as missions are completed and as experience builds weapons are unlocked. A 'prestige' system is also featured, which is kind of cool.

The gameplay is top-notch! You pick one of four-classes, 8 characters in all so some overlap is okay, and work together as a team to get from one end of the map to the other, completing objectives along the way. The game has multiple difficulty settings which keeps things fresh when you become complacent in your ability. Hard mode has the best gameplay::difficulty ratio in my oppinion.

Overall this game is just a joy to play. Get a good group together and this game really shines! Plus, did I mention it's free?

Flotilla, where to begin...

The humor of this game is the best part and is the first thing you'll notice; it will hook you in. Flying my flotilla, or fleet, of starships from system to system, collecting items and encountering bizzare creatures and characters is loads of fun! Combat is tricky enough to keep things interesting but easy enough to learn the tactics needed to win. Large flotillas become difficult to manage and sometimes combat grows tiresome when you're determining the angle of approach for every individual ship. Usuing 'manual mode' is a must!

Games don't last very long so you're often left wanting more. No save function is sometimes frustrating but it adds an element of finality to each battle.

Flotilla is a great game but you see all the events after a dozen playthroughs or so. Nevertheless, I totally recomend this game.
