This game simply doesn't work anymore... with the latest game drivers, the game will crash within the first minute of playing it. On top of that, there has been login issues for the past 2 years on this game and the problem never got fixed on pc. You had to go into credential manager to remove all previous logins in order to get the sign in screen to show up.

You can tell the turn 10 has fully given up on this game. The lack of responsibility to keep their game functioning and easily accessible on the latest drivers is pathetic. Although I did enjoy the Horizon series, I will not be purchasing another Turn 10 game in the future. The only thing I regret is paying $100 to get early access to this game that will eventually not work anymore and the company not taking any action to fix these problems. I guess the suits at turn 10 got the last laugh!

I would not recommend this game to anyone. I will instead be looking for driving games made by indie companies and I hope those that read this do the same.

(I have heard going back to older drivers helps, but I will not be doing that. I shouldn't have to install older drivers to play a game made by a 'triple A' game company like turn 10.)

Art of rally is a really fun game that anyone can enjoy. It's definitely not a simulator, but it doesn't feel like a super ''arcadey'' game like some other racing games. It took me a few hours to get the hang of the driving mechanics on a controller and I could also see this being really enjoyable on a wheel.

Some of the things I like about it were:
- Art style that is simplistic and fun to look at with some cool environmental effects.
- The car choices, car names and all the extra vehicles are a really awesome touch.
- Courses; Unique, fun, and challenging at times, but overall a good time. It's refreshing to not play the same 10 courses that every other rally game has.
- Settings that allowed you to fine tune all of the various in-game driving assists. I wish you could turn everything down to 0%, but that wasn't a big deal.

Some of the things that I did not like:
- Camera settings were odd at first. I wanted to a closer 3rd person view and after playing it awhile I totally understand why they want you zoomed out so far(no co-driver so you kinda need to see the turns ahead of you). After awhile I got used to them.
- Some of the Norway locations, when you drove on the ice sections, during sunset were practically blinding. It turned your screen almost a pure white and could hardly see the course. One of my biggest complaints that hopefully will be adjusted in the near future.
- Some parts on various courses the road was really jagged and bumpy that didn't seem to get built properly.

It took me around 15-16 hours to complete the campaign and another 4-5 was just messing around and playing in free roam. The daily/weekly challenges are a nice touch to the online game play.

Overall I would totally recommend this game, I got it on sale for $17 USD and I feel that price is perfect for what I got out of it. At $25 USD the price is a little steep with the little features and vehicles there are in the game. I don't think that takes anything away from the game itself, because it was a fun and relaxing game to play in the end. Great job to the small team of people who work on this game! :)

A surprisingly fun game, wish more people played it, wish I knew about it earlier, it really has that "Halo" inspired gameplay with a mix of Minecraft in it. Now, I'm waiting for Murderminers X to come out! :D
