32v32 needs a lot of balancing, gunplay feels good, but dont expect to win 3v1's because you'll either run out of ammo or you just get absolutely obliterated instantly and have no chance to return fire because the suppression system sucks. Maps are horribly set up that just create death traps and reward sheer numbers and firepower, whoever can throw the most grenades and shoot the most and has the most teammates behind them. One map even has invisible walls that prevent the attacker from flanking the objective, instead forcing the whole team down a long street with little cover. Like I said, a death trap. Feels like all guns are close range, guns like the M4A1 which are meant for medium-range combat suck at anything past close range even with "good" attachments. Snipers also suck, all they do is annoy players and get them to half HP, usually just for them to be healed by their teammate, resulting in recon being rendered a useless class.

Awful game: stupid referees, terrible switch detection and VERY repetitive commentating after only playing like 12 hours. Players with good ratings are just as awful as those with mid ratings, don't buy

I mean, it's a truck simulator. Since I purchased the game years ago, I've come back to it over the years to continue with my company(s). One thing I love about this game is the need to work yourself up from doing freelance jobs to owning a large company with the fanciest trucks/lorries. I also enjoy the workshop compatibility, this allows for more immersion. I would recommend buying.

This game is seriously a good one. Some of the previous games I have played that are labelled as "tactical shooters" or similar just haven't managed to beat Zero Hour. After playing both alone and with friends, I have found the experience to be great. First of all, the co-op missions are quite dynamic and well put together, and when playing with multiple people has you feel like a real SRT team. One thing I would like to see added is more customisation options available on weapons, both in the form of attachments, and maybe some small things you can add to your weapons, similar to a charm in Rainbow Six Siege, or some basic colour options.

Overall I would definitely recommend you buy this game, but MAKE SURE YOUR SYSTEM MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS.

Graphics - 7/10, not much to is obviously.
Strategy - 10/10, this game is really in depth.
Fun 9/10, I've recently slowed my playtime but it never gets boring with friends.
Skill needed 7/10, once you grasp the basics you'll be fine.

Summary:

Pretty well made game with constant updates making the game more dynamic and interesting. Because hoi4 also has the steam workshop unlocked, there are lots of mods that give you some nice gameplay opportunities, there are some mods I'll quickly list that I think are great.


- Kaiserreich (Redux edition if you want)
- Road To 56 (Adds lots lots of depth to focus trees & technology, can also use Road To 56 RP edition for multiplayer)
- Player Lead Peace Conferences (Let's you decide who gets what when a country is annexed)
- Millennium Dawn (Modern time setting, starting at 2000. Absolutely amazing mod, introduces so many new systems and is a very complete mod.)

Couple more good things about the game:

- I can build the Bismarck
- I can blitzkrieg through Europe
- I can feel like a real life ruthless dictator during ww2

9/10 Overall would recommend buying.

Over all a very good game. There isn't a detailed review as such that you can give of the game though as it's not a very progressive game. All you can say is that if you go over the the workshop and download some mods, it can be a really amazing game, always still makes me cry when I have 6 different serious incidents in my face at once, never gets old.

First off it was an exiting game to start off with, however with hackers every 2-3 games, it really became not that fun after just a day, the game was so OVERHYPED for something that is £16, to be honest maximum I would pay for this would be £8. I've requested a refund also as I feel my money could be better spent.
