Pros:
* Extremely fun
* True 7v7 instead of a max of 4v4 seen on Madden
* Can play a variety of positions
* Player customization (Skins, emotes, trails, shields)
* Easy to learn
* Best football game currently
* It's free
* Devs are adding features that the community requests

Cons:
* Bugs - But it's in alpha and the devs are listening to the community and fixing them regularly
* Small player base
* Sometimes inclusive community - Very "prove yourself first" mentality
* The blocking is gimmicky. Sometimes the blocking is amazing and other times blocking does nothing
* Sometimes long queue because of small player base

Overall there is nothing that comes close in my opinion. Despite the bugs the game is very fun and is much more involving than Madden. The fact that this is free and only in Alpha makes me very optimistic about the future.
