This is an amazing game. I want the full version!

Note for the Dev's If you see this, i'd opened a convo with the blacksmith and then went to close it while also hitting 'W' and 'A' and probably shift and it hard-crashed my game. I don't know if this is a ghosting key-input thing? Not a Dev, thought I'd bring it up here though! LOVE THE GAME!

Graphics feel unfinished. Not a ton of customization (though you can sculpt your characters features) not many hair styles yet. Beards and facial hair is terrible, don't even try. The build system is alright, but this is more focused on pre-made scenes, not too many different build set items yet. There is an in-build mixer to mix-and-match pieces. I only played this for an hour and a half before I got my small apartment setup and then my character slipped coming out of the shower and died.

Returned it since it was stutter-y and Sims 4 has better graphics right now. This might be better on a 50-series with generative AI frames. I dunno.

Great Game

When this first came out it was a lot of fun, as the servers filled the lag got worse and once the Prime Wars came out it was a total CF. Once you have more than 4-5 people in an "instance" the servers entirely fail. It's gotten slightly better over the months but it's still aweful. With the introduction of the loot crates I've decided to give this a negative review. A free-to-play game needs something to generate profit to keep the servers running but $300-$600 cash-grab-style loot crates 2-3 times a month is abhorrent. I cannot not recommend this game hard enough for this injustice.

Having beat the game (a few times over) I can say I would not recommend this to anyone at full price. This is, at best, a $19.95 special for the story, but beyond that there's no real replayability like other Bethesda titles. Looks like this one goes in the Fallout 76 pile.

*edit 2024 - this game appears to be dead. I really liked the concept but without any additional balancing or additions I can't recommend this anymore. Sorry Dev :(

This ain't easy! I do love the art, I'm hoping for some sort of progression system so when you die you keep some sort of resource you can use for leveling up starting stats?
