Something everyone should play. This is a perfect example of brilliant character writing, especially in such a minimalistic art style. The platforming is also unique, taking advantage of the geometricity of the characters in order to use them as a part of the platforming. Narration is excellent, soundtrack is lovely. It still astounds me to believe such fantastic writing can exist in a game that is about squares/rectangles. It is a game that is very, very hard to dislike.

How is this a 73 on Metacritic? Easily a 9/10 for me. Fun swordplay, nice design, interesting story, and fantastic characters. It is the epitome of stupid fun. For those of you who've played the demo, and aren't sure if the rest of the game holds up to that, it does, by far.
