I usually put a lot more effort into my reviews, but I only have this to say:

Do not support this corrupt company. They increased the price twofold before the sale just for the sake of monetary gain.

Spintires is perhaps the only dedicated modern offroading game on Steam. This game has a small, yet dedicated community to this day despite the developer, Pavel, stopping the game's support in mid-2016. So what makes Spintires so good?

This game has stunning environments, amazing terrain physics, along with detailed and customizable vehicles; however, the customization comes in the form of upgrades which you can attach at garages. This game also supports mods from the Steam Workshop and various third-party sites. These mods can range from a new map, a new vehicle, a new upgrade for your vehicle, or a gameplay overhaul.

The game ships with about 8 maps and 10 trucks to drive, while this may be a downside to most; (Not all the vehicles the developer intended to add were included thanks to his early cancellation of support) the game is saved by mods in those categories.

So would I recommend Spintires? Yes, I would, but you should wait for a sale if possible.

As someone who has put 50+ hours in this game I can assure you that it's worth your money. There is so much replayability even without mods and with mods there is even more replayability.

Recommended mods: (Don't use any mods on your first playthrough) Narodnaya Solyanka, (If you don't mind poorly translated dialogue and love difficult games) AMK 1.4, (Haven't tried it but I will soon) ZRP, (Feel free to use this on first playthrough) L.U.R.K. ,(Discontinued but playable, very detailed weapon models, animations, and emphasis on difficulty).

Mods to avoid: Complete, (Dumbs down the AI and makes the game easier by increasing accuracy of every gun the player wields) Carry weight increase mods (NS is okay but for vanilla why would you do that?)

Advice: Play on Master, turn HUD off (Crosshair, identifier, rangefinder)
