To everyone that says the Dev abandoned this product, Matt McDonald didn't abandon this, he passing away November 9, 2019.

Honestly just wait till a few patches roll through that add quality of life features like production limits, more informative UI you have to dig to find info. The game seems to break on production the longer you play you can keep you population the same and after a while you have zero food even though for the last few years everything was on point.

Awesome game to to get into, Awesome Dev. I'll always highly recommend Star Valor. Truly worth wild experience you can play over and over again.

Dev showed the true colors with heavy handed nerfs. Honestly after July 1st update just kinda killed for me fun I was having was nerfed into the ground.

No Matter what in the end you will die.

I have had Project Zomboid for years and years its the one game that does it right on survival aspect and zombie survival with out making it over the top. It is as hard as you make it, you are no super hero in this you will die at somepoint.

The game is okay even though Dying light 1 has been out longer, Dying Light 2 as a whole picture type of thing feels more like a downgrade. They may of spent years making Dying light 2 but feels less polished the game isn't harder its just super janky things happen that make no sense. seen AI bandits just superman up the wall not climb but litterly jump from the ground up to the roof, they will dodge knife throw attacks even when back to you, the gore system is downgraded by alot yeah theres still gore but its super lacking. Game takes place years after the first 1 yet items are pentiful and everywhere life no one but you has ever looted the city before.

At the time of review only 8.5 hours in but honestly give it a 6 out of 10 its a good game but does not have the full parkor feeling of Dying light 1 or the true feeling as a whole of dying light 1 had.

Took Roughly 64 hours to beat Dying Light 2 to get the ending that fit me from my choices made granted I didn't rush it persay and did some farming in between and other items have to say for the ending I got and the Experience as a whole its a great game. Yes it has it bugs but was well worth the adventure in the end. Thank you Techland for another great experience.

Ended up refunding this. Do you like doing the same thing over and over again just to do a basic task with very little info given, do the same task over and over just to spend less energy to do the same task again so you can make it an inch farther and do it again.


This game is kinda like programming move right, move up, move up, attack rat, attack rat, move left, move left, interact with mana flies, move down, move down interact with alter to spend level on mana so you can prolong your run a few ticks more before needing more mana. that is just the intro of this game and each tiles you get alittle better on mana cost or whatnot on that tile. I spent about 45 mins in this game just looping so I can make it a few blocks farther and said that is enough.

If your here because looks like Loop Hero its nothing like it.

I gave up this Amazon should just stay away from the MMO market. It was a good game till questionable things changed and taken away and the player base as a whole was punished for others exploits.

At the end of the day New World is a great game at the core but that is where it stops. I do not recommend this to new players just due to the fact the experience of the world is so much nerfed down (nothing like the closed beta anymore) and simple things are punishable and bannable even if harmless.

Honestly if you could play the rebels you would win every time with how this game is balanced and the policies meaning jack or very ineffective.

Decent game so far feels good to play alittle janky here and there. Recommend controller 100% unless you like playing keyboard twister with skills
