Early Access Review
In the current state I wouldn't recommend this game. I'm a long-time Jagex fan and had really high hopes for this game but as many other comments have already stated the game lacks a LOT of polish. I played it on day one and had a good time then came back a month or two later to see how many changes there have been and was shocked to see it was more or less the same game with a few more things added to it.

I think the premise for the game is great, it's not a hot take to say it's Valheim in the RuneScape universe so you get fun spells, and references, and that's all great. The biggest issues I have with the game right now is solo play does not feel good. Combat is incredibly clunky, enemies are EVERYWHERE in the second and third zones of the game and will aggro you from very large distances. As a solo player if you have 3 enemies on you, you're better off just giving up and hoping they've despawned so you can get back to your corpse.

If the game made combat feel way less floaty and fleshed out a few more of their current systems than I would definitely recommend it, but right now it just doesn't feel fun to play.

An absolutely wonderful game. It holds its own as a standoff title, and plays like a more refined and streamlined ARK while running insanely better. This game is if PLA was in a more real world, and had pretty unique base building.

Excited to see what the future updates hold, especially mod capabilities, but as it stands right now this game is fully worth the price, and does not feel like an early access title at all.

Going to edit my review after a few more hours since I first made it. There are a handful of glitches and bugs still, pals in my base getting clipped onto random things, pals in my base running through campfires repeatedly until they die, pals not using abilities on nearby enemies, certain automated pals missing things completely just due to random geometry. I have faith these will eventually be smoothed out and fixed, and so far have not detracted from the game at all.

Probably the best sequel to any game ever made. It's free, it's fun, it's fast.

Perfect for casual gamers who want a mix of tab-target combat and don't have a lot of time on their hands. Yes, the voice acting is awful, the subtitles don't match up with what's spoken, a lot of the game is leveling to cap to actually play the game. However, if you're like me and only have 2 hours or so to play a day, it feels so satisfying to play. Love the classes, the world, and the combat. Great time to be had.

I wish steam had a neutral vote for games. Do I recommend it? Kind of. Is it fun? Not really. The story is entertaining and the scenes are good, but the game-play for a point-and-click is horridly convoluted and some of the goals you have to do aren't entirely clear. There's many times you can get locked out of progression on this version of the game.

The story is pretty lackluster with characters being introduced and then being completely useless. The overall vibe and aesthetic is great. There's a lot of really funny dialogue and like I said, the video scenes are pretty good.

The worst part of all is the combat. My God it's awful when you get into the later chapters of the game when healing is sparse. If you play it, which may well be worth it, save every new room almost. You never know if you'll get into an encounter you don't have enough health for and either get soft-locked or have to load a save from a long time ago.

Play it or not, it's definitely a gem of a game, but a frustrating one at that. Then again, I was always a kidder.

Free to play has ruined this game. The lack of trading is one part of it, but the amount of people who just make free accounts to smurf ranks is really disheartening to people who play this game often. You can easily just make a new account and do placements if you find your current rank is too hard. All it costs if you making a new epic game store account. It's disappointing how disparaging the placement matches are for ranked as you'll find people who are infinitely over your current rank who just keep making new accounts to grind amongst random people. I constantly play ranked matches against people who air dribbles like the pros do in video who are in low platinum div 1 or 2, and it's just embarrassing. If Rocket League wants to continue to survive they need to figure out how the're going to limit smurfs and alts. I would only play if right now if you want to play casually but if you're looking to play a ranked game that's fair in input with your current skill level I would definitely not recommend playing this game.

Along other reasons I'll not reccomend is the fact that there are so many old tradeables in game that use to mean something but when the game went to free to play and bots flooded the market rather than Psyonix doing something about it, they just removed trade. This game used to be my favorite game on Steam and has quickly become one of my most regreted purchases.

Dragon's Dogma is easily one of the best action RPGs I have ever played. It has great replayability, a compelling story, and a massive amount of customization.

There are tons of small things that give this older gem a ton of charm. Pawns (your companions in the world) can pick up on your actions and learn from you. They'll also pick up on information about the world, enemies, quests, and more. Pawns you bring in to your party may have more experience fighting a cyclops and will lend useful tips during combat. Pawns you bring in may have a hidden tip about a quest that their master completed and will share that information to you.

While being able to hire other pawns, your pawn is also able to be hired by others as well. Your pawn can come back with a gift, currency, or even more information that they've learned on their travels.

Capcom put a lot of love into this game, and I'd definitely recommend giving it a play-through (or two, or three, or NG++++++) before they eventually release Dragon's Dogma 2

Game is a neat fast-paced shooter. It's free, and it runs well at any graphical level, you don't need a power rig to max it out. Game at the current date, 10/2/2016 has a massive community, and I've never queued for more than 30 seconds to find a match. The ranking system is also neat in that you don't rank as an account, but as a character. You can really see who has mastered what characters by their ranking system. There really is no down-side to giving it a shot, have some fun with it.\

I do own Overwatch, I play them both. This game is in the same pond, but on a different side. It stands out in certain ways, as Overwatch does the same. The comparisons are rather similar, but again this game was in the works at/before Overwatch was officially announced.

Two things:

1.) You can't play against humans until level 5, even if you queue for standard, you'll be placed against bots until level 5. This is 6 games.

2.) The game lacks a solid amount of heroes at this time. While this isn't a problem as it's a relatively new game, you will have to find your niche and lock-in to it as fast as possible. That's not to say that you shouldn't pick what is needed in your team, but if you favor a certain healer, you need to select them as fast as possible out of a pool of four healers.

Specifically GMS has decided to make some God awful changes in the last year at least. The removal of Jett is just paving a way for all non-KMS content to eventually get the chop. However, I've played countless private servers over the years, and at the very least playing in Reboot you get polish, dramatically less pay to win, more stability.

If you want something mindless to grind I would hop in, the burning events are a great way to catch up quick. Bossing and end-game is more accessible than ever. It's not a bad time to give the game another try.

Not a very enjoyable experience all-in-all. Rather neat concept that's destroyed by awkward collision detacting pre-fabs, glitchy enemies, terrible clipping, and awkward progression. If it was really populated still I might be able to look past it, but I logged on tonight and saw a grand total of nine people playing this game.
