This is game is one of the Few "horde" shooters out there as of currently which can give games such as World War Z and Back for Blood a run for the money. Yes it has some rough edges but the gameplay is spot on especially for a game set in the Aliens Comics. To be accurate the Colonial Marine Comics. This means very little terror as in the timeline which the game is set the Colonial Marines know the Xeno's very very well. It's even stated in game by a few NPC dialogues. Also the graphics are above average for this style of game. They are in reality comparable to World War Z; I will this right now Graphics are not everything for a game to be good. Second on the rough edges yes some of those edges can be slightly annoying such as no VC in game or Text in game, BUT those will most likely be added in a short time! The issue with FOV is mainly towards a very niche group of people and again this feature is more than likely to come shortly. The game in my experience thus far has been everything that a large majority of Aliens fans actually needed. If you're looking for a horror game this won't be for you. But for those looking for a Aliens game set in the proper comic lore and similar then pick this up right away.

For my overall score of this game in the current state with the rough edges I would give it a 8/10.

This game yes right now isn't very long but that doesn't matter. The gameplay is actually very good and can be much more challenging on higher difficulties. The visual style is one of the best I've encountered so far for a game. The game pace is slow which in this game is a perfect thing since you should be exploring and trying to avoid combat along with manage your companion's health, food, and etc. So overall I would recommend this game to any mainly even in this state it already has my full attention and I truly hope it keeps going in the direction it is!

great game cant be hard but good overall

Actaully a game once you get into it daybreak is working hard to work on it.

The issue with people is they just get it for free or have played the really old version only since daybreak has had full control they have been able to rebuild the game from the ground up. Also with games in early access the only way to get the game development to keep up you actually need to buy it so the devs know its a game that people are into and want to play.
I'd highly recommend it to people its got a high skill level to learn it well but once you learn it you'll be set.

Pro's: Good Player Base, Good gameplay, Varied weapons, and large Craftable item menu, Zombie Ai is good(same with wildlife), Wildlife, Zombies spawn if your akf in a spot or saty in a spot too long, Zombie hordes spawn near bases, Can build a base in basically any building.

Con's: Not the best graphics, Skill level to learn is high, and Long walks without a car, Building is really hard to get into.

So bad it's good great for the younger ones so yeah if you have kids i'd pick it up it's also really change.

Good game.......Minus some of the competitive mode.

Game is good but will lag if you don't have a good PC.
