This game is a great experience for what it sets out to be. It’s definitely easier than a traditional Souls-like game, making it a more approachable entry for newcomers to the genre while still offering enough challenge to engage seasoned players. The difficulty strikes a fine balance, ensuring combat and exploration remain rewarding without feeling overly punishing.

Expect around 15-20 hours to complete the game, depending on your playstyle and how thoroughly you explore its semi-open world. The world design is engaging, offering plenty of opportunities for discovery and experimentation. However, the semi-open nature does come with a drawback: traversal stutter. As you move through different areas, you might notice some frame dips or slight hitches, which can momentarily break immersion. While this isn’t game-breaking, it’s worth mentioning for those sensitive to performance issues.

Overall, this is a strong entry in the series and serves as a great starting point for anyone curious about Souls-like games. Fans of the genre might find it a bit more forgiving than they’re used to, but that doesn’t take away from the fun. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a challenging but not overwhelming experience.

Pretty relaxing game to just chill and play.

More than 30 hours into this game, the story is pretty decent for what it is, the game can get pretty repetitive with it's missions and encounters, they are generally the same thing shuffled between 5-6 presets.

If you are playing solo then the game is pretty easy to get through it, enemies generally are weak, but if you play with a group of 4 on Hard and above, then the game truly becomes pretty hard, playing it on Challenging is a nightmare.

The Dark Zone right now is pretty weak in terms of PVP, players generally tend to PVE more than PVP since the penalty for PVP is so high, but the rewards for it is also fairly high.

Another thing is the game scales to what your current level is, so if you're playing in the early zone at lvl 30, then most enemies will be around 25ish, if you're in the east zone then they are around 28ish. Players in safe zones are also scaled to your lvl, along with the Dark Zone, so you won't be seeing any other players that are like 10 lvls under you, generally they stay in the same lvl bracket.

Overall I'd recommend this game, maybe not the full 59.99, if it was 39.99 then for sure.

Extremely fun game, very well thought out, much better than SimCity was and will ever be.

This game runs so smooth, everything works perfectly fine for me, no day one DLC which is always a plus, and the devs said that they will be offering some free dlc.

Gameplay wise, really fun, traffic is something you need to plan out once you start or else later on you'll have huge problems with traffic and you'll have to re do a lot of your roads!

10/10 best city building game I've ever played

Great game, the story was meh, but overall the gameplay is quite fun. Bad points are the game is pretty unoptimized for lower end rigs, but if you have a high end rig you shouldn't really have much of a problem.

Anyone thing is uPlay, when the game first came out it was a pain to even log onto uplay, but a few days later and the servers have freed up, being able to play online was great! Loved getting invaded from time to time and invading other players. Free roam is also pretty fun, being able to drive around killing random players, sadly it's capped at 8 players max, hopefully they will address this and give it a higher cap.

The best part of this game for me is the Digital Trips, everytime I play it it's so much fun, from spider-tanks to bouncing around gaint flowers, the digital tirps are by far the selling point of this game.

Amazing game, still in alpha so bugs are expected. But that being said, the game is really good for just being in alpha! Looking forward to the upcoming updates to the game.
