It has some great potential to live up to the old tactical shooters. Gun customization is top notch, the missions are fun and there are new updates coming along. If the enemies would get a bit more immersive and reactive behaviour, that would be a great flavour. All the rest: Basically a great shooter, but the playerbase is small.

This game is really special and I love the details of the villages you build, every house can have a garden or small workshop and specialization. The population seems alive and has their everyday schedules. They spend their lifes talking, working and visiting the markets or different parts of town. The whole flow of building the city and connecting different industries or craftsman workshops is well executed and innovative compared to traditional titles like Anno. For example the intelligent parting of housing lots is really nicely implemented. For an indie game with just a small developer team this resembles incredible work, thanks for that. Additionally, the world itself is just astonoshingly beautiful and I love just zooming in and enjoying the view.

One of the most immersive experiences I have had the pleasure of discovering in a game. The historical setting also contains several interesting aspects about the end of the Wild West and the history of the United States. Besides that the story itself has one of the most stunning protagonists ever written, amazing characters, an exciting plot, complemented by realistic and beautiful gameplay. The graphics are stunningly appealing and the sounds as well as the voice recording boast with highest quality. The sheer beauty of the animated world, the details on the life of for example the animals, as well as the villages and towns and its inhabitants are by itself worth the game. Addtionally the weapon play and fights can be very challenging (especially without aiming help, HUD or dead eye) in addition to entertain pleasantly (brawls are also rather nicely done). I can highly recommend this RPG with its vast open world, but it has some quite addictive perks and will eat lots of your time. Though the experience is worth it.

This game showed a raw and hard reality, sometimes with shocking map designs and visuals. They put details of that down for the console release. I don't like it, to be honest. Come on, not enough money yet? Can't you let the PC players at least have their uncensored game as it was? And what about the game modes that you disabled from the first testing version of the game? This is just strange. I like the game, but some moves of the developers do not add up.
