so im gonna be called a fanboy for writing this review but idc

so il start with the obvious i have 61 hours 20 of those hours have been spent in queue trying to play so yea thats a big problem. Do i think this game is a scam like people keep posting on the discord, No i dont i think the developers did not expect to have this many players at once and expected to much from their hardware. they have been working hard to fix these problems.

Gameplay:
iv really enjoyed the gameplay so far iv farmed animals tamed a horse mined lots of materials and got my blade crafting skill up. its a grind but i like that in games its hard and players are a threat and so are the AI. I joined a guild and who are giving me loads of help so thats great.

i recommend this game but you must know u will have to wait to play and people are saying queues are more that 8 hours at times so buy if u want to wait OR u can wait until the game is more stable its up to you.

also people giving this negative reviews as they cant get in the game is stupid as this is a MMO launch and they never go smooth

very active community what really brings this game to life with events really improving the game. The developers are actively developing the game. Id enjoy a regimental uniform thing where u can set the colors for your uniforms via the regiment registry

atm this game is worthless and is not woth the money its got maybe 10 mins of content and is also very buggy people keep saying its early access but is it really early access when 4 years have past and the game is so small. The devs seem to not care or dont have their heart in it. people also say give it time but with the amount of time it took to get town square out its going to be years before we see somthing real.

Pros:
- Developers are hard at work fixing problems all the time
- This game is a ark reskin what is a good thing even if people say it is not.
people are saying the devs are lazy for reskinning ark but most games are reskinning like call of duty or battlefield. There is no point in making it all new when you have a good foundation
- The Ocean is amazing sailing on it or the look of it you can see when the light passes through it and the colours
change
- There are a lot of resources like different types of stone and ore what makes the game feel more full

there are many more pros but I am only just getting started in the game and I have a lot more to experience

Cons:
- FPS is a bit low but it is very playable
- Vitamins are a pain. eating meat to fill you up will almost certainly kill you if you don't eat over time or eat other food. like the idea but for a game where you eat a lot it's annoying to manage all the time
- The company system is just like ark but with a few more features. I like the idea of making groups with there own permissions but you can only make 5 groups. I think there needs to be a limit of 10 because the developers say you can make many types of governments.
- A lot of small and big bugs but they are getting patched fast.
- freezing to death on a raft with two fires is also kinda annoying (Fixed)
- ATM the item tiers are super op E.G a gold sniper can hit you for 400 hp almost anywhere on the body and the gold armor can take a direct sniper hit with little damage to the person.

A lot of people are saying this game is a scam and all that but this is just an EA game that is very ambitious idea but far from impossible

- Suggestions: just some of my ideas
-Expand on the company system higher group limit, add a title system E.G. titles that hold no permission just for identifying peoples jobs/rank. add a voting system so companies can be more diplomatic or add a base company type so what permissions the leader has E.G feudal, democracy and so on so that the leader can surrender control or have full control but give overs similar control.
-Make negative effects for pirates. I know this is a pirate game but having a huge group turn up on a spawn island and just kills you and destroy your rafts is a bit stupid. So i think pirate guilds shoud not be able to go to free ports and maybe have bountys on there heads.
