i really liked playing this game, with mods, i thought the story was ok and i thought the side quests were very samey. i remember playing this game a lot, my brother also got into it as well. i liked playing it because it was easy to turn on, grind out like 2 side quests, then build a house in a settlement and turn it off. i havent played it as much as new vegas (although more than 3 cuz that game wont run for whatever reason) playing Fallout 4 is like seeing an old family friend. its nice seeing them and catching up but once it gets a little quiet for too long then it gives you the thought of why you havent visited in a while. get what im trying to say?

anyway, Good game, i recommend if you are just getting into fallout.

very good, but also broken. some characters (like the crimson caravan and the NCR) work just fine but once their bosses die either they talk about it in one sentence of dialog and even go on to act like their boss's are still alive. also i see a lot of problems with side quests like doing the arcade gannon quest after you do a bunch of stuff and THEN try doing his quest it ends up as you talk to him for a bit then he just meanders along with you. i dont want to make this review even longer but i just want to say that fallout new vegas is a great game and it would be even better if those bugs were fixed (i know this game is old as abaraham lincon and i know that it wont get anymore bug fixes.)

EDIT: this is Ploopus 3 years later. i agree with the fact that the game is janky, the physics are a little weird, characters can get messed up, and it will crash a lot. but i am appreciative of the game, how some side quests feel like integral parts of the story, how optional a lot of the areas are, and how you can create your own persona for the courier. i think that this game is not for the faint of heart. you've really got to be invested in the game to get through it. im sad that i dont play this game much anymore, i miss playing it after school and just walking across the mojave whilst dragging a robot and a crusty repair guy. i 3 years later and i definitely still recommend.

its nice and i like the hats and stuff although i have nearly spent 100 dollars on the game

i liked it but the character choice was very monotone and had 2 really intriguing characters (bingo bob and the purple dude) and the music was really loud and i had to turn it off because it was disturbing everyone in my house from how loud it was but if those 2 little problems were fixed the game would be really good.
