Pretty solid game with some new unique features. Such as some new options, an actual curser you can use for the menu and even steam achievements.

Half-Life: Before is a small good mod that I recommend you to play. Even though it is extremely short, you can find some good to it. Only problem is that is kinda seems that the credits are almost as long as the game.

Great game! Play the most bad ass character in the world! 4 long episodes of puzzles and shooting, alot of weapons, monsters, and action! Hear Duke say the most hilarious things you ever heard. And more! But if you already have Duke and you don't care about having bug fixes, new graphics, trading cards and achievement, then this may not be for you.
