Wonderful game, it is more underratted than it deserves to be. To be honest, growing up an enitre lifespan playing strategy games, this is on of the best experiences you can possibly get. The game is very well refined, and it feels , for the most part, a finished product. It is us, hardcore players and fans who start to see trends in games such as these that makes the game predictable, which is all apart of the strategy aspect, But not all people like that, with time, this game can be easy to more or less know what to expect per level. Does that stop me from enjoying the game? Not even close, this game is worth every single penny at ANY price point. Even more so with mods, that you can freely download at your own time and choice. If at all. XCOM 2 if a must buy for any XCOM fans, if you only played one or 2 games, even this will satisfy you. As I have only played the XCOM for PS3, and for PC. XCOm does everything much better and smoother. I never expected this sequel but always wished for it. XCOM 2 is a fantastic sequel for a fantastic series. If you like to play stategic, alien, or team-based games. XCOM is the series for you. I got the game originally for free but ended up playing so many hours on my first pick up, i bought it to support the devs. Again, this game is a damn shame it isnt a hot topic. Incredibly good, polished and designed. Worth any Steam Collector's library as well... Play this game, rent it or borrow it. Buy it if necessary, but just give it a good taste, chew and swallow. This is a meal you don't wanna miss!

Was a wonderful game back in the day... I bought the Steam version out of pure nostalgia. I could only play for 5 minutes. It hasnt aged well. It's strongest point was the multiplayer, which this version doesn't feature. The game can be a little diffuclt for a single player. Unless you are a big Dungeon Siege fan, I would skip out on the game unless its going for around $2.49.
