Ark and Pokemon. If you like both of those games, you will like this one. Private server is the way to go.

I usually buy the Mortal Kombat games to follow the story, mostly due to nostalgia. I have often found I got bored of the game and ended up watching the story online. This one has a great story, good character design and is fun to play. The combos are all fairly easy to learn and difficult to master. It's definitely my favorite MK game since the second one.
