Played on and off for a long bunch of years. Love this game, But valve needs to step in about the bots.

PLEASE play pizza tower, im begging you.

Unless you arent a fan of speedy platformers which are rewarding to control.

and you know, if you hate fun and hate chocolate cake and hate fun and magic and hate world peace.

This game takes effectively every problem I have with speedy platformers (sonic) and DESTROYS them. There is never a single moment where you are going TOO SLOW, even the slow sections pace themselves.

You are only slow when you make a mistake, but you know what? thats the beauty of it. You can always go faster. Better rank, better route, better combos, better EVERYTHING. Up until you get that IMMACULATE P RANK

Pizza tower has the visual style of early nickelodon cartoons and pixel art combined (think of some unholy orphaned child of the sonic games and ren and stimpy), as not only does the gameplay lend itself ot this well, the expressive characters and world fits this game so well that I cant imagine it any other way. The humor is not overwhelming but still shines in every single segment of this game, and even provides a badass ending, which is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ impressive for a game about a broke italian pizzamaker named "Peppino spaghetti".


Pizza tower is a godsend of this year's indie games. I am writing this before the Game awards segment for indie games is announced. Know that my vote lies strictly with pizza tower.
