I paid $150 for DLC I now have to grind to unlock or pay even more. I'm never buying another 2K game again. This is absolutely absurd.

Eugen fans are extremely fickle. They will complain if a unit model isn't 100% historically accurate while simultaneously complaining about historically accurate unit standardization. Yes, NATO and PACT nations share a lot of similar units. The mix of units is what makes each division interesting. I personally enjoy the Belgian and Polish decks.
 
Anyways, I love comp stomping with my buddies. It's a good game with a responsive development team. Take all the negative reviews with a grain of salt.

Great game. Love comp stomping with my buddies and I am really enjoying some of the new divisions (the Dutch especially because they fit my play style perfectly). Eugen has a very devout but also extremely critical fan base so take these down votes with a grain of salt.

I can't believe I bought the premium edition for effectively two battlegroups. You get some cosmetics but not a full set for every unit in a faction and if you're like me and want your units to match, too bad. I'm sure they'll add those to the cosmetic shop to try and get even more money out of me.

I gave the base game a positive review because while I was shocked that it was released with so little content, I liked the gameplay and I held out hope for this expansion.

Well, here we are and it's an insult. Not only that, I don't even like the gameplay anymore. Is it me or is the AI just straight cheating now? They seem able to produce in numbers that don't seem possible and just happen to be exactly what you are lacking and have no counter against. I still manage to pull out the win but it's an unenjoyable slog.

I like this game but it's wild how little content it has nine months in. God bless the modding community for doing what they can to fill the gaps.

A great MMO that I have put a ton of hours into.

I buy it every year and enjoy it every year.
