Great game. Highly polished and runs smoothly. Lots of fun getting loot and killing stuff.

Biggest problem is local hosting. I've lost count of the number of times I've been at the end of the level and lost everything because a host left or disconnected. You don't pick back up where you left off or get partial credit or anything. Full level restart. It's very frustrating.

Good game otherwise

The latest patch just cleared out all of my chests full of loot, all of my crafting stations, and all of the thralls attached to the crafting stations. I lost everything. This is in singleplayer where I play by myself. Hours of work gone.

That's on top of the fact that you'll get stuck inside monsters, trapped against walls, killed, have your body disappear, and lose everything that way. The map won't load markers, it will start stuttering once you start fighting so that you get hit a few times before you can do anything, there are plenty of monsters that drop completely ♥♥♥♥ loot, and there are cliffs that are just barely unclimbable, but you won't find out until you're basically at the top and you drop to your death or suffer major health loss.

This game has so many infuriating bugs that it kills any enjoyment to be found. Purchase once they figure out what the ♥♥♥♥ they're doing; until then I suggest avoiding it.

Edit: A lot has been fixed. It's a fun game

A little rough around the edges, but quite fun if you enjoy sandbox games or city builders.

There is a 3rd person system where you go out and fight monsters to earn gold. The quest system is great because it is constantly rotating through random quests, so you can keep busy earning gold. You also build up a town with people performing various tasks like chopping trees, mining stone, and crafting items for both you and the other townspeople.

I'm only a few hours in but I've had a lot of fun playing it, primarily because of the quest system. This could turn out to be a great game if they implement more features and polish up some of the rough spots.

If you like games like the Settlers or the Anno series, you'll enjoy this game. It's a city builder but with some tower defense thrown in. The developer constantly hammers out content-filled updates and the game is continually evolving. Probably the best early-access game I've purchased.

I was going did give this a "No" recommendation due to the buggy nature of the game, the lack of features, and subpar language translation. I was even starting to think the game was a small project that was another Early Access "cut-and-run with the money" type of scheme, so I decided to search for who McMagic Productions even were.

During my searching, I actually came across a site that had their production roadmap listed. Within the roadmap, I saw all of the things they were working, things they are planning to include in the future, and most importantly, lots of links to steam users reporting their problems. I was able to see "behind the scenes" so to speak, the dedication they had to personally resolving every users' problems. They seem to really be actively working on the game and ironing out the kinks, even if you can't see it on the Steam Store Page.

They earned a lot of my respect that day, so this is one of the few times I've decided to go out of my way to write a review and give a game a "Yes" recommendation.

Great game for less than $2. Use random parts of speech to insult other people. If it was $5-$10 I wouldn't suggest it just because there are some obvious flaws with the game understanding the English language.

Ex: "Your mother - probably murdered - your father"
Good

Ex: "Your mother - was - probably murdered"
Bad

I think it goes off of some Noun - Verb - Noun system which isn't entirely correct.

It's a fun time waster for its cost, but not much more than that until they come up with more phrases and also learn how Direct v Indirect objects work as well as auxillary verbs and participles.

Great game. Plays exactly like Titan Quest with the atmosphere of the first Diablo.
