This game has potential, but I would have to advise anyone interested in getting this to wait a bit until some optimization fixes can be implemented. The car repair, building part works pretty good if maybe a little simplified from CMS type games. The apparent flaws show when you try to drive in the open world. What I thought of as beefy for running Sim Racing and VR, my system still struggles to complete the first Deb Time Trial. I could deal with choppy frame rate, but somehow it also causes steering correction which makes the car(s) impossible to control in at reasonable speeds.

Great potential, but the execution just isn't there yet.

So far, so fun! The only gripe (if you could even call it that) is the lack of support for higher resolution. I ignored the disclaimer and ran this initially in 1440p, but the game did not like that!

1080p will certainly suffice, but a game this pretty is begging to be experienced in 2k/4k!

That said, the gameplay hook is satisfying and I love gradually making improvements to my ship, and I really dig the crafting element. Plus, I just got bit by my first lulling grasshopper, and let's just say I'm glad I had some potassium-rich plants on hand (although the auditory hallucinations were pretty hilarious).

Overall, I feel like this is an enjoyable experience especially coming out of Satisfactory or Hard Space Shipbreaker, it's like a distant cousin and I dig!

Looking forward to seeing what the devs do as this evolves!

How is this game still broken?
Same developers of Alekhine's Gun, which ok is supposed to be more modern but released fairly buggy and broken.
It would appear Haggard/Maximum has no interest in fixing these issues.

Ran through tutorial, got stuck on the stairs.
Does restart mean restart at checkpoint.
Nope. The whole tuturial/mission again.

I'm so happy I only spend $1 on this mess.

This game is fantastic, and comes as a delightful surprise. Half rock-climbing / half puzzle solving, this may not look like a AAA title, but its bones are solid. Plenty of challenge, but still a very relaxing and rewarding experience.

Very excited to see what Active Games builds upon this foundation. Would love to see this in a full open-map a la Spintires. Definitely do not sleep on this title, even at full price; well worth every penny. Great work making a simple, yet extremely fun game!

Fun game, but please fix the SAVE system. Until you do, this will remain a tech demo. So much potential. Please fix.

Really enjoying this game! Very casual/relaxing, and has some nice puzzle-type features where you have to adjust your throwing strategy. This could have been boring like a dart-game, but this team really added some excellent functionality in terms of control.

Might possibly be my favorite VR experience so far, and I've had my Rift since 2016. The soundtrack is sparse and atmospheric. I thought I would only play through a couple levels to see if I liked it, but here I am 4 hours later and at the end of level 6.

Oddly satisfying hitting the targets once you get the hang of the controls/throwing.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a cooldown after BSaber etc!

"I punched a bookshelf, and I'm not even mad about it!"

Sairento VR is probably at the top of my list in terms of truly-great virtual reality experiences.
The action is visceral, the movements are fluid, and the sense of tension is palpable. Keep an eye out for this developer. They're doing great things.

I bought this game a couple years ago out of nostalgia. Needless to say, it was not the bullet-proof experience I had intended to experience: buggy, slow performance despite being run on a modern machine, and apparently zero effort to patch this up (probably too busy raking in all their money from GTAV), which brings me to the real disappointment.

Pulling up Steam today, and to my surprise I see there is an update for this and TBOGT + Lost and Damned; and I got excited thinking, "Awesome, they're finally patching and fixing this terrific title."

Reading the patch notes, however; the sad realization that they have been "forced" to pull soundtrack assets from not just future incarnations of this game; but no-- about 500-600 megabytes of "updates" added to our game installs in order to remove over 50 songs (some entirely breaking certain stations), and zero mention of improved game patch...

You know what this is, right? This proves that Rockstar has altered their business model towards the microtransaction/Shark Card formula, and they've very little reason to focus on anything more than GTAV and RDR2.

This PC port was bad before all of this nonsense.
Save your money, and buy something from devs that care about their older products.
I guarantee this will make it on the next Game Informer's "Good, Bad, and the Ugly."

Truly enjoying the latest entry in the Mafia series.
A noticeable improvement from 1 & 2, and the setting really captures the 60's.
Soundtrack by far the best I've heard recently. Core mechanics are all intact.
By no means is this a cheap, rushed, or terrible port.
Currently has me hooked for hours at a time, and now at 60+ fps!
Two thumbs up 2k / Hangar 13!
