전편은 400시간 정도 했는데 솔직히 전편에 비해서 뭐가 없긴 함, 도서관이라든지 도시정책(헬기우선권 등), 지역난방등 나중에라도 똑같이 생겼으면 좋겠음. 근데 또 시스카2에 빠져들고 나니깐 전편은 못하겠음 그래픽이 넘사긴함
