I legit don't understand how learning this guy is way harder for me than learning Zamasu.
if you know what i mean, it makes no sense

i don't know, he feels like a base goku on steroids. he has INSANE buttons, the ONLY level 4 in the game (level 3 into level 1), great assists, great neutral, a 4f (4 frames) reversal, etc. he's a good character and he's fun.

9.5/10 only missing that half point because he has no DP and no mix (aside from universal mix), not like he needs them, but they would make him perfect perfect.

i don't have a reason to review this guy other than i want to review all DLCs
he's cool i suppose, quirky rekkas that are easy to react to unless you throw in a beam or something, solid-ish neutral and legitimately fun to play because his movement is real good for a DBFZ character

switching gears now... in MY opinion, he's not for me. i really don't like playing against him lol, he's like a mosquito you can't just swat away that keeps coming back every few minutes. not terribly annoying but very, very inconvenient. not super difficult to defend against but man, he feels like a chore, not a challenge.

8.5/10 for the legit review
2/10 in my opinion. boring supers, boring toolkit, boring looks, boring everything lol he's just got a cool hairstyle so he gets points for that. AND because he's the ToP arc Android 17, and not something awful like cell saga or something.

like zamasu and DBS Broly (in different ways from each other) this guy has endured a lot of mistreatment from the developers like how are you gonna make more than 4 of his normals negative on block???????????

HES SO AWESOME!!! i love how he growls!!!! it makes a lot of sense honestly, realistically, if you look at the lore, you can only truly enjoy this character by listening to Venom by Eminem.

jokes aside this guy is probably the definition of anchor, it's been so, so many times when someone has made an INSANE comeback with this character against me. He just has a good neutral, good assists, and amazing kit. Best anchor in my opinion

if i were to rate him, i'd give him a 24/28 because i don't like the number 10, and also, i hate him so this whole review was a waste of time, so go read another one or leave because man, i'm biased as hell when it comes to this character
