In my current PC I have the following,
Ryzen 7 2700
RTX 2080 Super
Corsair Vengeance 3200 MHz 16GB DDR4

Running at 1080p with most settings at high I'm currently getting 60 - 70 FPS on a smaller city currently, however optimisation definitely doesn't seem as bad as first though.

The new road tools are fantastic, while they have their own issues and lack some features that CS1 mods provided they're incredible compared to the first game's vanilla road tools.

While there are definitely some shortcomings in some areas of the game largely it's a great sequel to Cities Skylines.

UPDATE: Game definitely slows down a bit when your cities expand. Down from 60-70 to 40-50FPS

UPD2: It's been seven months since the game came out and things do not look much improved, I was willing to give the game the benefit of the doubt at launch but now things are hopeless.
