Just thought i'd write something nice and short rather than a whole biography on it.

Short Checklist

-Weapons (8/10) Satisfying to use, especially big boom booms and burst rifles
-Descendants (6/10) Most look good, however too similar visually and not very diverse
-Music (6/10) Nice to listen to, nothing stood out, can also be repetitive at times
-Enemy (7/10) Nice diversity of enemy types and groups, Big bosses are cool asf and fun to fight
-Story (6/10) Havent finished the story, but so far its alright, nothing too crazy, main enemy looks bad ass
-Gameplay (7/10) fast paced and easy to learn. However current lag and crashes can ruin the experience.
-Animations (7/10) Smooth animations with very nice minor details with movement in regards to speed abilities.
-UI (7/10) visually nice to look at with lots of information that someone might want to see, can be a bit overwhelming to people who aren't used to that sort of design.

I would give this game a solid 7/10 and would recommend people to try it, plus its free so there's no financial commitment to it.
If it isn't your sort of game, then thats perfect fine. So far I'm enjoying the experience and hope more cool stuff gets added soon.

Overall the game is actually very good, it has the best melee combat a slasher game has to offer, with a lot of choices for how to customize your knight and pick weapons that fit your playstyle.
My main critique of the game comes from the other aspects of the game, such as how its being managed, as well as what experiences a new player can come across.

'How the game is being managed' - Content updates for the game come very far and few between, with very little overall content each patch. At the very most you would have to wait 6+ months for any kind of content update to happen, and after all that time waiting, you get 1 new weapon, which is typically broken on release, a couple helmets and shoulder pieces, perhaps some chest armor if they are generous and an arena map that no one plays. The games overall population has declined greatly over the months due to lack of frequent and worth while updates.

'Experience for new players' - If your a new player to Mordhau, prepare to die over and over again by players who havent yet dropped the game, your usual casual game will consist of many lv 100+ players who use meta loadouts to stomp casual games, as a new player you will have to adapt to facing opponents who have thousands more hours than you do.

The tutorial is fine to learn the basics, however past that you are on your own. Players are completely different from the AI's predictable swings, whilst players will use over head swings that are faster than you are used to, to faint spamming and other tactics that new players havent gotten used to.

Overall the game has amazing combat and the potential to becoming a game that other slashers will have to be compared to, however with how its being managed with content updates and the experience that new players have to go through, I personally wouldnt pick up this game in its current state.
It would need a lot more content patches with actual content in them in order to be worth while playng long term.

This is the worst ww2 shooter ive ever seen, not only is the game P2W, and incredibly unbalanced. But the devs decided that in order to 'encourage' actual players to play this garbage, they decided to add 9 new 'DLCs' which are basically just booster packs for each faction, and they cost over £100!

Like wtf are they thinking, if anyone buys these DLC's they are encouraging these lazy and predatory devs to continue their bullsh*t.
Don't play this game period, play other amazing WW2 shooters that you have available, at least they wont try to scam you out of your money

This game has the potential to be something unique and amazing, with its large scale battles that you can take part in, to being part of the war machine and drive your faction to victory!

Except however the fact that most of this would be you if you joined a clan and played the game from beginning to end, which by the way could take months of non-stop grinding and dying. A solo player with no clan affiliation is basically just someone who gets yelled at by large clans for playing the game, and then friendly fired for doing nothing wrong, in a small group you might be able to destroy a small outpost or town, but without any large clan assistance, the entire push is just made useless and you basically wasted time doing it because large clans aren't interested.

This game lives and dies by large clan organisation, if any clan dissolves or moves factions, the entire game is just a land slide for who ever has those clans.

Pros:
- Interesting gameplay and mechanics
- Decent visuals
- Interesting new additions and content

Cons:
- Large clans domination
- Logistics is boring and tedious and makes you feel insignificant
- Solo / small groups are pratically useless
- Trolls and spies everywhere to spoil peoples fun
- Toxic high ranked players (not all of them, but some)
- Camera can get you killed if the enemy is below your line of sight due to hot bar getting in the way

I would personally give this game a 6 out of 10, it would need to really change how solo and small groups can get involved without an army to constantly back you up. Then I would probs give it an 8 if it achieved this.

honestly I can only say that im disappointed, I bought the Halo franchise because of old memories from my old xbox days.

At first the experience was super good, I enjoyed playing Halo Reach multiplayer with my friends and enjoyed reliving the old days, however that experience was quickly shut down when I saw what they had done with the old customization model. At first I thought that the new system 'could' work if they implemented it correctly, however the MAIN drive for players was to unlock cosmetics to make their own spartan, this new system makes it too grindy to get the armor you want and demotivates you to play more.

Not only that, but the EU multiplayer is just dead, like completely at this point, so good luck finding a multiplayer game.

They begun a new season with the release of Halo 3, and some of the new additions are quite interesting, such as unique colors for your spartans visor, however... they have created gun and vehicle skins which in my opinion dont look good at all, like the literal picture display of what you can get are pixelated as hell, on top of the fact that weapon and vehicle skins ARE NOT HALO. like I can understand that you want to put in new assets, but at least design stuff that people have wanted since the release of Halo PC, such as NEW ARMOR CUSTOMIZATION, NEW ARMOR EFFECTS, MORE EMBLEM VARIATIONS.

IN GENERAL WHAT DO THEY NEED TO CHANGE?: (personally)

- I want the old credit system to return but allow it to be more consistent since that was an issue in the old game with varied credits per game.

- Give players the CHOICE to play and buy the armor / effects that they want using credits that you earn in game

- Design new assets that would encourage new armor customization sets (not weapon and vehicle)

- Bring back the playerbase!

Do I think microsoft will listen to this review, probably not since this was mostly a cash grab anyway, but I hope that someone at least understands that this game is dead... Its Halo on PC how is that even possible!

At first you will probably die a few times, getting used to finding food and just overall survival will take a few runs unless your very lucky. But once you have figured that out, the game becomes more entertaining as you play other dino's.
My only concern is the lack of content in the game, besides eating, drinking and reproducing, there isnt really anything else, which makes sense considering that its a 'dinosaur simulation' like game.
Future updates have began to cause huge amounts of hype however, due to a lot of new features, vast improvements to systems, map changes, new dino's etc.

Stardew Valley is a brilliant game that lets you lose hours or even days of your week.

The gameplay is nice and simplistic so doesnt require a huge amount of research. A lot of activities to do on your farm and talking with the villagers.
Music is absolutely amazing. Very addicting and couldnt recommend it more!

Honestly.... All I can say is that I am very dissapointed.

What was promise to be 'the greatest' turned out to be 'the laziest'.
This game is nothing more than a poor attempt of a reskin of one of their older games 'Ark'.
Reusing assets wouldnt normally bug me with games, But to see how lazy the devs have been with this game, genuinly makes me worry for the future of this industry.
The games 'servers' have been broken since its release. The character creation screen is literally the same as ark, it kinda kills the mood of playing a pirate game, when you see a man who has the longest, skinniest legs, with the arm length of a toothpick and the chin of a frog... After watching streamers play the game, I noticed how some of the animals animations were literally the same (chicken = Dodo).

All in all I wouldnt consider purchasing the game right now. Unless the devs get their heads out of the sand and decide to do something about this e.g. Change the game to feel more unique, rather than a asset flip. They seriously need to do an overhaul for this game in the so called '2 year early access plan' they have going for it. If they release DLC a few weeks after this review is published, then this game is dead to me and I will refund immediantly.

I wouldnt recommend this game, at its current state.

eventhough it says ive only played for 8hrs. I played the original game years back for a good 200+hrs.
In this games current state, I wouldnt recommend playing it, these are the reasons why:

-Less content than the original game
-Feels more linear
-Glitches are still appearent in this game.

Although the game is not up to par with what it should be, I would recommend not playing it for a good while, at least until the devs put out the 'new content' that they promised, however, if the content is shown not to be worth the time or patience of waiting, then this game will most likely die within the DLCs release dates, however if the new content is brilliant and allows players to experience a new light in the game, then i will gladly replay this game for its nostalgic feels of the TV show that I loved.
