Fun gunplay, graphics, exploration, and a good story. They fixed the issue from the first two games where the NPCs only show up for a chapter and disappear for the rest of the game, by literally having all NPCs with you almost at all times. Dialogue seems endless when you're with them, which is immersive! The game bless your eyes with its many different locations with varied vistas and detailed environment. Only bad side is how encouraged stealth is, which is fine, but the game lacks any fun stealth mechanics. There is only sneaking, your light indicator, and stealth takedown when you're close to an enemy. The decoy can is not really required for stealth. Once you're bored of crouch walking through the entire game, turns out you can actually just walk/jog normally undetected even when you're close to an enemy which made a stealth playthrough less tedious. Doing a gun blazing playthrough actually lets you use the many different weapons and bombs the game has to offer.

Good atmosphere, immersion, and overall experience. Gunplay is quite responsive and engaging. Weapons variety are good but some weapons for some reason in Last Light compared to 2033 are similar to one another. Graphics are good. Characters had the same issue as the previous game where they just show up for a chapter and disappear, and reappear way later.

Good competitive FPS game to play if you like shooters. Been playing since 2017, and it has become my go to FPS game - outliving other competitive FPS such as Apex Legends. Gunplay in R6 is as important as strategy, and knowing shooting mechanics and common techniques players use are important. They're not hard to replicate or understand, or playing around them also works. Big learning curve with how the map works with soft wall, entry points, breaching, vertical play, operator abilities and how they are used on each map. Highly recommend to find people to play with though.

Early Access Review
Pros
Fun gameplay loop, responsive controls and gunplay, a lot of weapons/spells/gear to play around with, beautiful graphics, and many enemy types to fight and dodge around. Game's even better with Doom OST playing in the background.

Cons
Its an early access game with what seems to be a lot of content unavailable.

Cool but pretty long game. Gets easy after half-way through the game even on hardest difficulty. Have to start a new playthrough if you want to experiment with different builds. Good graphics, gunplay and mechanics.

I wanted to give this game a thumbs down but after a second thought... I'm recommending it if you are looking for an MMO to play. Anyway, I wrote the review below when it was a thumbs down initially. Tl;DR at the bottom.

Played a lot of MMOs growing up - decided to give this one a shot because some friends suggested it. It's fun! for the first ~75 hours maybe... and it continues to be fun so long as you are playing with friends, because this game is fun but it's a chore to play (typical MMO grinding and yet more forgiving I think). It takes a lot of time to accomplish anything, so if you want to play this game, you have to be ready to commit.

- Blessing (combat), which is a way to customize your class' playstyle, is a fun mechanic to explore and an interesting way to make each player of the same class different from each other. Each blessing has four passive skills which you can upgrade with the 'Breaths' of that blessing. This is also cool until you reach a certain point where upgrading these passive skills is all RNG and purchasing the Breath you want from the player market is pricy. Some blessings are also better than others overall, so that sucks. **developers released a future update note, as of 4/9/2021, stating that they will balance the blessings out, so that's good.

- Fishing, which is required to obtain certain materials for end-game crafting, requires you to first level up your 3 fishing tools (rod, line and reel) which is fine until you find out that fortifying and upgrading them (i.e. leveling) has a chance to fail after the first fishing tool level. So you will end up fishing for a really long time before you can get any worthwhile items.

- Crafting, is an endgame feature, because most of the materials required to craft something notable requires A LOT of rare materials. Perhaps this is fine, but combine this with the tediousness of leveling up your crafting skills AND hunting, gathering, mining and logging for materials to craft other materials that the equipment recipe needs gets really tiresome. You would need an activity booster (obtain from purchasing using Starseeds from the player market or otherwise) to make the gathering of materials worthwhile.

- Tanking; Crusaders are the tanking class, but tanking does not work in this game even though there is an 'aggro' feature for the Crusaders. Therefore, in PvE, as a Crusader, you either kill the boss as fast as you can (hence go for a DPS Crusader) or you watch as your party member dies and you are the only one left alive. **After a review of the class systems of the game, there is no class role in this game except for healer and DPS.

I have more to write about the game but this is already a really long review for me.

Good parts of the game: Player market is great, learning what items are constantly in high demand and selling them lets you earn the Starseeds easily. Dungeons are great with interesting mechanics and unique bosses. Customer support is great with less than a day response to any ticket or email sent to them. So far the developers have been really active with fixing any bugs and game balancing (making each class and blessing more balanced for both PvE and PvP. Large map with a lot of things to check out.

Regarding forced PvP: It only exists in certain regions of the map called disputed areas. Even then, killing other players outside of official game modes is practically non-existent as player killers are frowned upon :[. In the many hours I have played this game, no one has ever even tried to kill me. I have also never seen anyone killing anyone else outside of PvP game modes.

TL;DR, game is good for a free MMO! Find yourself a good guild or bring some friends to play, and the game becomes slightly better. A lot of things to grind for so do not consider playing this game if you cannot commit or hate grinding. My friends stopped playing :[

* Dear developers, if the game gets worse in the future, I'll update my review >:\

Really good and fun game!

I initially thought Emily would be a bad addition to the game due to my view on her from the original Dishonored as her being a kid but I was wrong. She is the best character ever.

However, some complaints...

1) I think it would be better to only initially have 1 playable character which is Emily Kaldwin (whom is Canon if I'm not mistaken). Corvo Attano should only be playable after beating the game first only as an extra option. This would allow the developers to have better control over the story which I find to be quite lacking compared to the original. Not much connection and development between the playable characters and the final villain makes the ending unsatisfying.

2) Some gameplay performance issues I find playing a stealth run of the game. Crouching under tables can be glitchy. I had to take a few tries going under them because the game doesn't allow you to. I get caught by enemies trying to do this.

3) Peaking is no longer safe but this could be because I play on the hardest diificulty. The original game lets you peak safely as long as your torso is hidden from the enemy.

4) Far Reach should only be named Reach.

Anyway, except for the 1st complaint, others are pretty minor. I just wish the story would be more developed. I give this game a perfect 5/7. Love it.

It's a really good game. Although I've stopped playing this game for quite a long time now, the updates I see from the trailers show really promising content. And because of that I'm thinking of playing this game once again.

If you're looking for a fun fast-paced free-to-play game, then you should definitely try this game out.
