Hey man,
I think you're really good at CS:GO, based on what I saw last match but I'm afraid your attitudes could be improved.
I've no idea what I'd done to offend you or whatnot for you to want me kicked, other than not playing up to your standards. I cannot possibly be as good as you, seeing as I have less than 10h in the game. The message you send is that new players are not welcome to the community, which will kill the player base in the long run. So instead of being the encouraging role model that you could be with your skills, you choose to alienate new players who are just aiming to improve.
If the reason you wanted me out was that I'd affect your ranking in a negative way, I'm sorry. But comp honestly is the better place to train since the casual side is full of cheaters.
What you do with my thoughts is up to you, but I hope you'll rather encourage new player in the future than just push them down and make them dislike the game and its community.
