Uninstall Works!
After screwing around with the controls trying to get them to work I finally gave up on this crap. It's free, it should be free. I got the game pad to work once but i couldnt jump but JUMP was unresponsive so I could only walk 3 feet in either direction. If i had paid for this id already be asking for a refund.

Score Break Down.
1pt - Game Turned On
1pt - Left Boob
1pt - Right Boob

3/10

EDIT: The hate is hilarious! Grrrrrrrrrrr get mad I didnt like the game you love!

After 60 hrs I'm over this repetitios borefest. The game is so damn shallow, its like playing in a city sized wading pool all by yourself. Nothing in this game is worth $60. After hours trying to find some redeeming quality in this game there is none. Hello Games and anything associated with Sean Murray are now on my DO NOT BUY list.

AVOID THIS GAME. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Lazy ass port. Buy it and play on console since thats what this is, a straight console port with no PC options. Refunded.

Skyrim needs to have it's script extended. Dont be shy or bashful, install this and let Skyrim unzip and show you just how much it can extend.

10/10 would let Skyrim extend for me anyday.

I recieved this game for free with a request to stream and write a review. The Dev didn't pay my $32,420 sellout fee so recieving it for free didn't effect my review.

Let's start off by stating that I don't like puzzle games. I like to shoot bad guys, slay dragons, and bang sorceresses. I don't find great joy in being made to feel stupid by a game, thats what life is for. Ok, so onto the game.

Chromagun is a puzzle game where you use your "paint gun" to change the color of walls and balls to move the balls where you need to solve the puzzle which opens the door to the next room. Sounds simple unless you make a mistake...I made a lot. And then there are these "angry balls" that like to come ♥♥♥♥ with you...while the narrator talks ♥♥♥♥ to you. Still the game was pretty straight forward as I figured out little tricks to control the balls...I mean worker drones, just remembered WTF they are called, the game would throw tougher and tougher puzzles until I finally got to the point that the game was smarter and I gave up, proud of the progress I did make.

PROS:
Easy to learn
Smooth Controls
Simple Concept
Graphics were better than expected
AHole Narrator
Challenging

CONS:
AHole Narrator

Should you buy it? If you like puzzle games give it a shot, it's pretty damn good. Still cheaper than most of your bad decisions and won't give you VD. If you don't like puzzle games obviously skip it.

8/10 would get chased by angry balls again

Early Access Review
I got bored within the first hour but I plugged on...this game is in Early Access/Alpha/Undone/Whatever they are taking Money for it..

I recieved this game as a gift from one of my viewers and smoked quite a bit of herb during my time with Standed Deep.

First off, the game looks pretty damn good for an EA game and it never crashed once. While the menus were a pain and stacking items needs to be fixed/changed everything ran great. (Why can't i tell the difference between cooked and raw crabs? Really?)

The game starts you out on a deserted and pretty damn small island out in the pacific...in fact all of the islands are small, really small. There won't be any search parties coming for you and it's just you, no cannibals, no dino's. I've heard there are sharks but I didn't see any in my 5 hrs. I did see some birds and bats and some fish...oh and crabs. YAY CRABS!

So once we get to our first island we can grab rocks to make a stone tool...and then we make a knife, then a spear, axe, tent, cooking fire, you get the idea. Nothing too exciting. In fact nothing too exciting happens until you want to leave your little area...or are forced to. When you run out of wood, rocks, yucca, or whatever it may be you will need to venture out and without a map you need to pay attention where you are headed. Don't worry, you won't get lost on that little ♥♥♥♥♥♥ life raft, it goes so slow you will only go out to one or two islands.

Well ♥♥♥♥...this sucks...yeah I guess being standed would suck.

Hmmm...lets build a boat, with a sail! And now you can scoot from island to island and collect more of the same ♥♥♥♥ to..well, you know...survive. Except, awwww crap, now I forgot which little non-descript island my smoker, tent, water still, food, and other supplies are on. Good thing I brought my spear...lets go fishing! Gotta cook the fish (what no sushi?) so building another fire, coconuts for some hydration and we are off looking for "Home". I still haven't found my way back but with my spear and lighter I'll do ok, i hope. Who knows, maybe the next shipwreck will have another motor part I've been looking for.

So...should you buy this? Sure, you've spent more on worse. The game looks good and plays well and once you run out of resources and are forced to travel it adds a sense of urgency and adventure though with little violent danger other than starving/dehydration and needing a volleyball to talk to. If you need zombies, cannibals, dino's, etc chasing you then this isnt the game for you.

8/10 Early Access game with a ton of potiential.
6/10 if this is it and the dev's never finish.
