so, since 3-4 years ago I make pizza, mainly for myself. It is usually just a simple margarita, because Im not a huge fan of adding extra stuff there.
I buy a special pizza pasrty in one of the big supermarkets (auchan, u might know this brand - they are international afaik, with head office in turkey), get mozarella cheese, and prepare a special paste using tomatos, garlic, basil and other spices. Then I just grate the cheese, prepare the bottom part of the pizza with rolling-pin, combine everything together and put in the oven (250 C, 8-9 minutes, oven is warmed in advance).
