Squad is a perfect mixture of arma 3 and battlefield 3-4.
The maps are big the server support up to 80 players currently but they hope to make it support up to 100.
Squad is kinda realistic battlefield but it has it's differences!

Squad leads need to deploy rally's for people to spawn in. Also squadleads can deploy HABS (forwarding bases with unlimited spawns) you can actually but down bases and defend stuff for defending bases like 50 cals and sandbags to secure the hab!.

Also why i like squad allot more than battlefield is teamwork allthough both games actually reward you for it squad actually forces you to use it. Without teamwork you will keep losing the rounds! Not only teamwork within your team but also with other squads.

The price of the game is pretty expensive and is it worth it well : It all depends really if you like these tactical shooters where teamwork is important than yes you wil get your fair share of fun playing this game. Me personally i was very interested in Squad but for an Alpha i can totally understand the price might be too high that's why you can always wait for a sale. I got it in sale for i think it was about 20 euro's than its well worth it.

Squad has it's flaws sure it's not perfect but anything game breaking no! The graphics are good but also pretty demanding still because of it being alpha it is getting updates allthough it takes time! This game has potential and is very fun to play. I would recommend you buying a mic cuz of the teamwork that is involved but its not like you cant play if you dont have it.

This is not your run/gun typical FPS game. It has that tactical flavour with a nice mixture of teamwork involved and base building to support your team squads. One tip if you buy: Play as a squad!

Good game runs great. Missions are simple and more of the same but the funfactor doing those things is high the gameplay is fluid and with fluid i mean really well done. For example you gotta extract a hostage. Well the way you sneak in get to the hostage than get the hostage out really gives a good satisfaction feeling in the game. Storywise this game is not very interresting. The red line is easy to follow but it sometimes gives a weird twist you go from oldskool kidnapping to sci-fi zombies and characters with super powers. But i like the game allot just because this one is a one of a kind stealth which include my favorite things to do like killing officers and rescueing some hostages to blowing up tanks. The terrain is very interresting but a little bit too empty for my feeling. You have animals and ofcourse enemy's to take out but different from that it feels empty. But what i like the most about this game is divided in some littlegames that are part from the bigger picture. In this game you start with nothing and you build your gear your army up from scratch. Everything you do costs ingame money. You get money by doing objectives sending Diamond dogs around the world to do some missions for you and ofcourse don't forget looting stuff from enemy places even enemies themselves you can kidnap and put them to work on your side. This game is a must try out for everyone who loves stealth. Because metal gear really gives you that ninja feeling.

First of all i love arma 3.
It's different from other titles.They stepped away from all hollywood scenes and focused themselves on realism.

The controls are hard to master at first but that gives arma 3 it's own style of handling. Which i do not see in other games. Arma 3 is old but still gets updated frequently from new mods to new maps weapons etc etc. This keeps the game alive.

Another really good point is that arma 3 has one of the biggest arsenal of mods. And they are really fun to play. Once you get into it. These games are hard to find nowadays everything has that hollywood coating but when you buy arma 3 don't expect fast paced playing like battlefield 4 or 3. Ofcourse arma 3 has its own problems maybe some find the movement too cluncky the bugs too harsh. I've died multiple times by the game bugs itself from suddenly getting eaten by a rock to be driven over by frendly AI units. But in my eyes this gives the game it's own charme and gives you something to laugh about when talking about it.

Arma 3 is a game which takes time to learn and achieve objectives. Teamwork wil be rewarded . While making the wrong choices can be punished. Remember in arma 3 it's real easy to die.. You can die by one shot while in other first person games it takes a whole mag arma 3 really gives the player tense moments of action short but brutal where making good choices is crucial for a postive outcome.

I give this game a 8.5/10. It's really just a good game and worth your money. I've been part of the alpha and still to this day i love playing arma 3. In short words. Arma 3 wont dissapoint you.
