Better than I could have hoped. I dived into this game not knowing anything about the games prior to it. It looked like a dark ODST game and that sparked the interest, boy how I so right and wrong. The recent addition of the new enemies gives major flood vibes. Now there's jeeps too? This is getting better and better.

It's like a pip boy in every game, shows everything you need to know and then some.

A great game to unwind with. No time constraints, just a quota to send up to space. Plenty of unique alien life to interact with, either to fight or give gentle pats to the head. Choose a good layout to start, and don't be afraid to sprawl out your factory, not everything you need is as close as you would like.

A classic at it's core, this revamp of the game with new AI, maps and game types is a welcome addition to any Steam library.

When this first came out, as in the old school version released in 99, I loved playing this after school, I nearly beat every campaign. The Norse and Japanese tech trees being my favorites, along side being player 3 for simply being green.

When I heard the game was getting a 'remastered' version, I was surprised. It had been some time since I played any AEO, with AOE3 being the last i played, I had hopes to relive those times after school making cities to protect my King in regicide, making an epic fortress in King of the Hill, massive navies to patrol the waters... you get how it is.

While I'll admit I think there's an issue with the AI placement at the start of a match most of the time, all in all its still a great game, worthy of standing the test of time, or rather being a timeless classic.

Good game, it's oddly enjoyable for me, can't put my finger on it. Possibly because there are real truckers in my family.

Great tool for the VR, but needs to be more stable. Its a must if you use a headset like the HTC Vive, use betas sparingly though. Make sure your system can handle it too, headsets are FAR from "plug and play".

Great game, and far from being the "dead game" everyone says it is. The new content is just amazing.

This is a great game if your after something to kill time and NOT be bored. It may have some flaws, but that just keeps things interesting. The next one is FINALLY coming out, here's to hoping its even better!

An interesting game with much potential. Its like minecraft in space, but for real, kinda. the collisions are awesome, and theres lots you can make.
