Alliance of Valiant Arms is just a Counter Strike clone, and a poor one at that. Ugly textures, broken tutorial, generic classes: Point Man, Rifle Man, and Sniper. It also has very bad gun sounds, they all sound the same. If you are playing the demolition game type, it is extremely one sided to whoever has the C-4, just plant the bomb and you are going to win. The community isn't very friendly to new-comers, almost compairable to Call of Dutys community. There are plenty of better F2P shooters out there, like Team Fortress 2, that are 10x better than this one.

Its okay

Team Fortress 2 is quite possibly the greatest F2P game ever created. Team Fortress 2 has a variety of fun and creative game modes to experience, from classic CTF to more interesting Pay Load Race. TF2 has nine unique classes to choose from: the Scout, Soldier, Pryo, Demoman, Heavy, Engineer, Medic, Sniper, and Spy; all with different personalitys. The thing that sets this game apart form other free-to-play titles is the way this game handles micro-transactions. You can only buy hats, miscs and weapons in the mann-co store. Now you may be thinking: weapons?! this game must be pay to win! However, that is not the case, all weapons are side grades and are mostly situational. The game has aged well, but with the lack of weapons, the game does get boring. The graphics are starting to become out-dated, but the cartoon-style of the game helps keep it looking modern. In many ways, this game is "old school" in the sense that you don't have regenerating health, unless you are medic or sniper with the cosy camper. I would greatly recomend this game to everyone.
