Very decent addition to the genre!

Game was very solid for the genre imo, discounted price is unbeatable.

Had a great deal of fun going through it.

I loved Rogue Legacy, Dead Cells, Hades and more of this genre.

If you miss Chaos Trials or wanted more of a challenge from Scramble, THIS is your game.

Keep in mind, it's not OMD4 (no traditional endless or story) but it is still very much OMD and does have a very challenging hard and endless mode.

It is not perfect but it is fun and OMD Gameplay is there, new enemies and bosses with fun actionable mechanics.
Allows to start with an actual challenging wave without having to beat 30 or 50 easy ones first.

Maps look great but are a bit too big (making it a bit slow for veterans and overwhelming for newer players), a few missing QoL. Barricade limit was a risky move, a fun challenge for me but frustrating for many. Solo is fully playable and doable, kinda easier if you know what you are doing (also probably preferred for many OCD/perfectionists, like in every other OMD)

Performance was smooth and 0 crashes so far with everything on 'High' on a 2060 mobile (lower than recommended).

PD: Siege is not back or any OMDU heroes (yet?) but we will always keep dreaming :)

As an avid roguelite? roguelike? enjoyer? It was fun and had some great ideas in there. Has room for some cool combos and the gameplay is smooth.

Not super challenging, not much story. Beaten all difficulties in under 10 hours.

A couple small cons: Pink cards balance might be a bit lacking, announcer voice could have had an option to be disabled.

True successor to the game series.
