Surprisingly very fun and addicting, even better if you gather a group of friends to play with.
DLC are nice additions to the game and to support the dev, although they are not important to get as it is more than possible to win with the default chars. I just find it kind of dumb that u have to buy the starter voice packs.
However after a couple games, just make sure you check that your friends are still your friends, this game is more than capable of turning people into savages.

Edit for Steam Awards 2019: I gave this game the labor of love award, I think that the fact that after 6 whole years on the store this game still gets continuously updated with new DLC and content (eg. co-op mode) the devs really deserve it. Props to them for all the effort they put into this game :)
