♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this game.
I want to like this game. I REALLY want to like this game. But there are small things here that I just can't get over.

Now first, the pros:

+Theres an obvious learning curve. I may not be able to get over it, but hey, It's there.
+It nails the rouge-like feel. I haven't gotten a level that is even remotely similar and I have ye tto get past the 3rd section of level 1.
+(MOSTLY) Tight controls. Its easy to do what you want, and its floaty in the right places.
+The powerups are awesome. Give me all of he spider web guns.
Can't really say much more because of how far I got in the game.
+The music isn't spectacular, but it fits really nice with the whole "Exploration" theme.

Minor gripes:

=I don't like the cliff hanging. Maybe I'm spoiled by other games, but when I press up, i want to just climb up, not have to actually jump up.
=Obstacle spamming. I want to say this might be bad luck, but I've had levels were there were 3-4 arrow traps along the same path, which was the needed one to get to the tunnel and leave, or maybe to rescue the damsel in distress. And yes I realise I can just drop something to trigger them, I also cant count how many times I've been ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over by something pushing me into them.

Like I said, just minor things I don't like. Now for some real issues I have.

Cons:
-The ghost. I dont like the ghost. I want to freely explore the underground, but the ghost restricts this by having a forced timer. I would hav ebeen fine if it was just the resource management.
-There is a bug where if you close out of the game, by the red X, then the game still thinks that its running despite being closed. This becomes VERY annoying if your music isnt turned off, because you can't turn it off.

Look, I just wanna say: I can see why people like this game. I really do.
It's jus tnot for me. Thats why I reccomend this game, if it's for you.

I never got to play Harvest moonas a kid, simply because I didn't think I'd enjoy it. Then I started playing terraria, minecraft, creativerse, a bunch of crafting games. Fun and all, but I still eventually got bored with them quickly, and repeatedly got frustrated when I either didn't get what I needed, or just didn't get any satisfying building. Whats more, I couldn't choose when or how enemies appear, so they always get in the way. (I'm looking at YOU, Terraria's Wyvern!!!)

Then my friend recommended stardew valley. (She pirated it, naughty naughty, but then she bought the real game, so it's all good.) I was honestly suprised how entertaining the game was at first, experiencing the satisfaction of harvesting and selling crops, and eventually completing the community bunle ( and gaining major gains from pierre lol.)

Ultimately this game is very fun and relaxing. Thereare a few bugs, like picking up an item while you open a chest can overite te chest item. (That turned the dark talisman into bug meat >.>), but the devs seem tot ake bugs seriously- no pun intended.

My only complaint is that winter can be SUCH A BORE. Seriously, I know that you take this time to do some mining, but it doesnt make it any less painful.

Early Access Review
I payed 15$ for terraria, and sometimes played minecraft on my cousins ipad. Neither of them are as incredible as Creativerse (Edit: The full experience is more expensive.) . See, i wasnt all that big a fan of minecraft. and as much as i liked the game terraria, it got boring fast. Thats why creativerse is better: Even doing the same stuff doesnt get boring. (Edit: I didn't try farming @.@) Yeah i can slaughter all the enemies, but im also able to tame them and harvest them peacefully. You can wack stuff with a sickle or hoe, or you could FARM WITH LAZORS!!!! or mine with LAZORS!!!!!! (Though you can do that in terraria too, but still.) Plus its actually easy when it needs to be, and hard when you get to an appropriate place (Something the other games couldnt do as well). And to think this game is a free to play!! (Edit: Not anymore) (You can buy bluebprints and stuff but its more like helping you decide what to do and not neccesary) So enough gushing. heres some pros and cons

Edit: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ things have changed. The Game Devs are going the pay to play route with this "Pro" Thing. I get it that alot of the Pro changes are just convinience things and I can handle that. But I have 2 serious promblems.
1: Not effecting F2P players? Excuse me, WHAT. I can only have a single world now! We could make like 50 before or something if we felt like it. Now we only have one? Wait whats that? We also can't change the settings so some random guy can come in, blow the fu.ck out of my stuff with tnt, and leave? Sounds like fun! And you know where these features went? Creativerse Pro. Thank you game!!! (Heavy sarcasm is heavy)

2.The Price. It's 20$. I understand it's for the developers, But I bought Fallout 3 for like 14$. Fallout new vegas for like 12$ or something. Both of these games are alot bigger, have more hours playable, and are alot more polished. And you say that Creativerse is 5-10 dollars better, for a jetpack, flashlight, and inventory. Just come to your own conclusion on that.

Pros:
-Incredibally fun
-Creative designs (Especially the rock golem guys. they are cool.) Edit: Wish there was more monsters.
-The bugs are HILARIOUS. Seriously, dont fix the bomb jump! (When your in the water, plant the superbomb, the one that destroys surface bombs only and activate it while your in the water. the force will be stored with you and when you jumpo out of the water you fly 80 feet into the air.)
-Grenades and food make the hardest of fights relatively easy.
-You can farm/mine. WITH LAZORS.
-Beautiful environments

Cons
-Fighting with a sword can be a pain.
-The ores arent as plentiful as they could be. I mean this may be a personal thing but they can be VERY inconsistant. Srsly this is the biggest issue, it can get ridiculous.
-Edit: THE F***ING PAYWALL!
-Edit: It gets really boring getting the buffs from food to survive Corrupted monsters.

Suggestions
-More ranged combat, like force guns or something using the arc stone.
-Mushroom growing possibilities.
-Edit the thing so we can have more then one world again!!
-Just be able to plant seeds on normal soil.
-NPCs. It's lonely without friends :(

Well... its a game about fish.
To be honest, ive messed around with it, some of these things aren't even working, as far as i can tell. *Mostly the air in the water* and it can be hard to tell whats going on.
But, hey, its a free to play game, and its relaxing.
Not bad, game. not bad.

I wrote a review for this a while ago but this game has changed, figure it would be good to cover a few things.

It's basically like every other computer survival game: Go do thing, build house, run from zombies. That's fine. It's built in basic, block graphic style, like -surprise!- roblox and minecraft. It wont win an award, but it works, i guess. It does make it painful to see what you can pick up and what you can't, however. And it;s free, which is nice. Theres alot mroe to say, but im lazy so heres a pro cons list.

Pros
-Free
-Surprisingly well made
-Decent UI (It has some problems with confusion but the tutorial helps)
-Tastes like chocolate.
-Some of the in-game text and descriptions are entertaining.

Cons
-Thing is a dinosaur. (I could understand this game barely working with my old ass computer, but my macbook pro heats up super fast, and the battery drains within 2 hours playing it. idk if its just my macbook and apple being a dingus again, but it uses so much more than even XCOM!)
-No simple way to maek a server for friends.
-online rampant with cheaters (Prepare to see a taxi fly around, and then a terminator looking mofo just walk up to youl ignore a crossbow bolt to the gut, and kill you with one punch.)

Basically, just use this game as apractice for rust or 7 days to die or something. It's free, it works, and its somewhat fun.

Pretty good game, but its somewhat con-filled.

Pros: Like 3d Maplestory.
Friendly people.
Good quests.
Excellent humor.
immersive combat.
Cons: DEM BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!! Ranging from simple graphic to Getting stuck in one area no matter what. One viciuos one is a cutscene's black bars to stick, throughing you into combat with no pots or skills, solved by dying or killing the boss.
Npc's almost never give you respect.
Random parties suck.

Besides the games bugs, I would recommend it if u like nexon games. 8/10
