Waste of money, buy Planet Coaster instead.

Good game, bad achievements. I like 100%-ing games I like, or at least getting enough achievements that Steam doesn't say "20% completed" after I have finished a game. However, most of this game's 100+ achievements are effectively just asking you to prove you have no life.
Your first time killing some creature makes sense as an achievement, but not your 10th, 50th, or 100th time, that's just the devs being lazy and you suffering as a result. Come up with some actual achievements or just remove the stupid ones :(

Not worth the price, but fun.

Fun game. It has a surprisingly small skill gap and still has a lot of room for you to improve. Very fun to play with friends. However, it does have a severe lag issue when playing online. Sometimes the game will stall for a 1-2 second period of time if someone you are playing that has a high ping, and if anyone gets disconnected then the game will freeze up until you Alt F4 it. Until this issue is fixed I can't fully recommend anyone buy this game because if you don't have top-tier WiFi you will have a horrible experience.

My fingers hurt and the game randomly decides to make me fall. I will finish it.

This game has a very unique and interesting story, which you get to pick up parts of through learning simple languages. It is amazing at it's core mechanic, discovering languages and the story through puzzles and conversation.

Except sometimes it decides to try to be something else. For example, you just finished learning the language of the devotees and solved a clever puzzle in the graveyard, but then the game decides to become a maze/horror game for a couple minutes?

And not that much later, it starts to overuse a sneaking mechanic that is less of a puzzle and more of a time-your-click-so-some-peripheral-vision-lacking-guards-don't-see-you-crawl-behind-a-crate type thing.

And then in the gardens you encounter a choice where you must beat your pick of two mini games that both involve timing (flappy bird and wack-a-mole).

Overall, I like the main mechanic, the story, and the game itself. It just needs to focus a bit more on the main mechanic in my opinion.

Human Fall Flat is a downright awesome game. When you have finished a level or the game, you can always go back and solve every section a different way because there are two (or more) ways to complete every level.

Edit 4 years later: I know it says that I only have 400+ hours on this game, but I have been playing for even longer than that. I used to spend every waking moment playing this game on Xbox before I re-bought it on steam for the community workshop. This game is my all-time favorite and I will always come back to it.

I don't know why, It's just that good.
