It's a mobile gacha game wrapped up in a shiny box, with a solo-focused gameplay with multiplayer social hubs more akin to the Tower on Destiny 1/2. I have fun with it, but the gachas are really dangerous for me.

They censored the ever living crap out of it because of console sales, even though the game's dark elements are what makes the game really unique without it being legitimate shock horror. It's a disappointment. Fix your ♥♥♥♥, man.

Game knows what it wants to be. If you want a top down RPG, go play Baldur's Gate 3. I'm glad it's no longer confused on whether it wants to be like Dragon Age 2, or Dragon Age Origins. It's simply Dragon Age: The Veilguard.
Writing could use a lot of work.
But it's not that bad of a game, and the loop is fun, and the skills are fun to use.
Character customization is really in depth, but hard to use by people who don't know how to use it properly.
Most people mad about this game and those who review bomb it are people who either haven't played the game, or are just simply tilted over "wokeism". Being inclusive isn't "woke", you idiots. Get a grip.
Other complaints are that it's too buggy.
It isn't THAT buggy, and is actually pretty well optimized for a PC game coming from EA.
Also, no microtransactions in an EA game. That's insane.
I'm glad they're learning from their lessons.

Though I absolutely despise that you can't really be a bad guy, like you could in DA:O.

This game is immensely superior in every sense of the word compared to their newest one. NFS Heat is colorful, feels good to drive in, and the soundtrack is great if you're into that music. I love this game. Would play again.

I've actually already played this a trillion times and now I've actually bought it on PC.
This game is actually incredibly fun when you realize it's a rhythm game. Anything else is a skill issue.

Ok ngl. Cliques can be a problem, but cliques can also be shattered through if you're consistent enough. Break through the cliques, you nerds. Stop acting like there are walls you cannot scale because of metaphorical social groups.

Seriously.

Not that cliques aren't a problem. But you can defeat them if you aren't socially inept.
