It's a great game for newcomers to the series. It has it's own set of issues to be expected from a transition into a new medium and a brand new set of mechanics.
If you're a player from the older games you might have some trouble with how some mechanics are designed - like the new armorset and skill mechanics.
The game has a bunch of free content updates and is in line to receive a massive expansion so be on the look out for that.
As for graphic quality and performance, this game is horribly optimized so be prepared for that.
