I was so excited for this "LIGHTFALL" yet I'm so disappointed. When you name something LIGHTfall when the whole game is about light and darkness, please, don't give us a stupid filler DLC, but make the light actually fall ffs...

The gameplay is fine, what do you want, it is Destiny, so, same repetetive gameplay, but a good gameplay, good gunplay, good abilities that makes you feel powerful, they cannot go wrong this way. Again, new exotics that will be forgotten in a week etc.

STRAND
Strand is a cool idea, we wanted poison, but whatever, strand it is. But why the hell do we need to wait for the hook charge the same amount of time as for the grenade? The strand is useless, I cannot imagine using it in raids or hardcore activites. I use something that barely does damage and I have to wait for it for 5 minutes to recharge, tf? Waaay underpowered, the ultimate is fine i guess, although I don't really like close range ultimates (Hunter).

STORY
No. Big no. We waited all these years for LIGHTFALL and you give us a filler story, with medium plot, talk about THE VEIL and RADIANT MAST or whatever it was, EVERY.♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.MISSION. Sorry but, I'm a Destiny player since Forsaken in 2018, and i have NO IDEA WHAT "THE VEIL" OR "RADIANT MASS" is and you "explain" (throw it at us without explanation) in the last mission when you're talking about it for 6 hours of my playtime through DLC? Stupid writing, stupid idea. Stupid story, we wanted the light to fall. So, I basically paid 50€ to play for 6 hours, and then watch YOUTUBE VIDEOS for 2 days straight so I atleast know what happened in the story? Because I have no idea what happened based on the cutscenes and story in game? Bruh, bungie, BRUHHH.

NEOMUNA
After Dreaming City I doubted Bungie would make a map better than this. But they outdone themselves, although map feels like a race track at the ground and it's basically dead, it has outsanding visuals, I just love cyberpunk and neons so, yeah, I'm not sure it fits into destiny? But it's beautiful. Cloud Striders are cool, although, why there's only two? huh? Where are the others? ^ story... I wish cloud striders would fit more though and they would make it a playable class, although I know at this point it would make sense but, it would be cool yk...

GUARDIAN RANK, COMMENDS, LOADOUTS
Ranks are fine, although idk, seems a bit odd, the challenges in them... Commends are fine too, but RESETS every season? what? ha? what are they for then if they reset next season? And LOADOUTS, I'm starting to think they implemented it after 10 years of destiny just so they would get less hate for this expensive-ass DLC, it's good, but TOO LATE.

SEASON
Same boring ♥♥♥♥ in H.E.L.M. we are getting recycled for 3 years now, disappointment. Ask Activision to take you back, Forsaken best DLC ever.

Let's wait another year and spend maybe 60€ for The Final Shape so we finally know what happens, or not? Another filler? And Bungie will announce DLCs for Destiny 2 til year 2030? I miss Destiny DLCs for 30€ without season passes and stupid things... I would rather pay 60€ but give us seasons like we had in the annual pass, forges, interesting stories, unique missions...

Buy it at a discount just for the Neomuna, or watch cutscenes on youtube, you will not understand anyways. Otherwise don't.

I recommend the game, HOWEVER, it has some flaws:

PROs:
• Great visuals
• Beautiful wizarding world with the wizarding activities, magical NPCs and beasts, feels like every corner is handcrafted
• Stunning Hogwarts
• Great combat system (combos, spells, you feel really powerful while casting them, dodging, spamming combos)
• Very nice Sebastian's storyline
• Lot of activities - dungeons, secrets (A LOT of secrets), merlin trials, balloons, like really a lot of side activities to do for fun and just relax from questing
• Amazing customization of room of requirement, although I was there was a separate spell-slot just for the ROR
• Great character customization, every piece of clothing is just amazing, exactly how I would imagine it in wizarding world

CONs:
• No quidditch (and based on their recent statement, we aren't getting a quidditch DLC)
• Horrible performance and optimization even on high tier PC (let's hope they will fix that) but it mostly ruined the experience for me
• Boring, kiddish storyline, expected something more epic, on the other hand, sebastian had better storyline than main storyline, as i mentioned above
• The game was clearly made for kids with the voice acting etc., it's a bit shame we couldn't truly re-live the dark, sad, scary story or something
• Facial animations are most of the time odd
• I wished we could learn how to turn into animagus, theres a special quest where you get all the info, she could've taught us..
• No patronus :(
• I wish characters would dress differently based on school/outside of school envi, also based on the season
• I miss clothing loadouts, I wanted to dress with a robe in school and casual outside, but it was pain to change it everytime, also thanks to that horrible console ux menu

But I enjoyed the game, very well handled launch, no bugs other than small visual problems that happens to every game, but very well launched game, bug free, just tune up the performance.

Happens to be my new favorite game, even after I finished it, I still play, just to do the remaining dungeons, secrets etc. and get all the achievements.

Recommend 9.5/10.

(-0.5 points for that awful "console UX" every game nowdays has, terrible experience for PC players handling those menus etc)

This game requires you to download their launcher from steam and force you to download like 20kb/s (with my 1Gb internet). The movement is bad, optimization even worse (3060ti, ryzen 5 5600x - ran it hardly at 60 with my 144hz monitor with drops). Physics is bad, gunplay even worse. I was so excited yet I ended up disappointed. Unfortunate.

But hey, atleast we've got 654564564654 skin packs and insane monetization. (satire)

Didn't deliver what fans expected, also, where are the mounts?

A bit too AYAYA MMO, but fun to play.

Extreme grind and spending 16hrs/day in this game is a must. <3

Kinda funky movement, bit too bad performance, but still good in comparison with today's MMOs out there.

Fun, new BR innovations, interesting gameplay. These things will always belong to Apex. It's a fair game to try and play, but I have to say nowdays we have much better alternatives to Apex and they can't keep up with competition.

+ New BR innovations (sliding etc. basically everything Fortnite copied after the release of Apex)
+ Setting (love the Titanfall universe, weapon design etc.)
+ Free to play
+ Events

- Skins are ugly (cmon, skins are HELLA ugly and basic)
- UI/UX is extremely bad, cannot even use the menus sometimes
- Bugs
- Money greed
- Not so innovative against Warzone 2.0
- Stupid decisions (removing gendered voicelines, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up ranks etc.)

Game is still fun for casual playing

We have waited 9 years for a new Arma and we got this... Netcode is horrible, UI is even worse, the new engine is just a "DayZ port" (we've already seen this engine in DayZ and it's even in better state in DayZ), the controls feels clunky, the 1989 is boring, who wants that, arma was always a future or now, not the past and I personally find WWI, WWII etc. games so boring... If it was free to play, it would be somehow O.K., but 30€ for this is pricey af, its just a demo of the broken engine. And mention the "you dont need to restart the game after downloading mods needed for server" as a breakthrough feature, bruh, we are in 2022, not 2010, it should be automatically in every game. Im disappointed. Hopefully Arma 4 will be polished and better.
