Best AoE ever made imo. HD update does improve the visual fidelity quite a bit from the original.

This game is a classic and should be in your library ;)

+Actually scary. None of the petty jumpscare only trash. Everything about this game from monster design to the environment/music is beautifully crafted to ensure maximum buttcheek clenching.

If you haven't already made the assumption that this is going to be like "Oregon Trail", I'm going to clear things up for you.
This game recreates all the fun mechanics of "Oregon Trail" with a new post-apocalyptic survival twist to it. That's all there really is to it :P
Lots of broken tires.....

Highly recommend if you want to relive some childhood memories of letting the whole party down due to your recklessness.

Tactical gameplay with that hardcore Call of duty feel (Kreygasm).

Now I'm not saying this is a game anything like Call of Duty. This game is alone in its genre of tactical -hardcore - shooter.
Which is where it truely shines on its own from an indy developer.

To start, I would like to mention that this game is worth whatever price you pay for it. If you got it on sale, congrats you got a great game for a good deal! If you did not buy this game on sale or were looking at buying the game and it's not on sale, you will not be disappointed.

Secondly, this is not an EASY GAME. This may be and indy title, but it is surely not your generic shooter. If it was, it more than likely would not be getting this recommendation. This game has a harder learning curve than most shooters. You will find yourself shoulder peeking and leaning to find your kills, knowing that with one well placed bullet from a AK-47 you will be waiting for a respawn. This game will keep you on your toes with your heart pounding from round start to round end. This is multiplayer.

With one of the newer updates, they added a survial mode that you and your friends can fight your way to the top of the leaderboards vs waves of AI. Also insanely hard.

Either mode I found very entertaining.

Wonderful game with a good supportive developer.

Worth picking up at any price.

This game has been out for sometime now, so I feel like its time to give it my honest review.

First off I would like to say that this game is Pay2Win. If you think you can download this for free and do well with the starter guns, then you will be very disappointed. If you download this game with the expectation that you will support the developers with 20-30 dollars, you0 will greatly enjoy this 3rd person tactical shooter. The mechanics in the game are smooth and easy to get the hang of.

This is technically pay to win in the sense that if you support the devs and buy some guns or get the premium subscription you will truely enjoy the game.

Keep that in mind when you are looking to donload this game.

I Personally spent $10 for the starter pack on steam and spent $10 dollars in game on guns, and I greatly enjoyed my many hours of game time.

Good game, fun to play with friends, lots of ways to..uuhhh..kill/torture people. New content being added on a bi-weekly basis.

I'm going to recommend this game, since I have spent a lot of time in this game and greatly enjoyed playing it with my friends. I will however say that this a uncompleted game....like not even close to done in my opinion. The game is riddled with bugs and glitches that will make you want to throw yourself off a 20 story building.

I would only recommend buying this game if you play with friends and have a decent rig.
