At launch it had its problems but with the DLC and the introduction of the mythological campaign it is excellent. One of the best Total War games in my opinion, its unique and fun kind of like a mix of warhammer and historical. Would love to see more mythological settings explored in a similar fashion.

Reminds me of a blend between Stardew and Don't Starve. Impressive for a team of two developers. Looking forward to seeing where this goes with future updates and improvements.

Played the demo and now just jumped in. It is a blast. I think people are being waaay to critical for an early access launch. I think the core of what is here is dope and especially a blast in co-op. Looking forward to them adding more content and refining some of the bugs and issues but I think it could be special if they pack the full game with content. there are 40 different arcana in the game right now so tons of combinations of spells and combos. I think one thing they need to add is way more enemy variety and tighten up the telegraphy and aiming. With friends though it is hilarious to die.

Great RTS, would like to see more variety in units and progression but very happy that Playside are now publishing it and we have updates again. if you enjoy RTS and yearn for the days of SC2 this will cure that itch.

If you love a good JRPG and are a Suikoden fan then this is for you. Ignore all the politics and culture war BS. is it perfect? no, are there a couple issues? sure. But don't let some localization and complainers get in the way. its a top treat and worth it.

Ok so its a buy from me. I think owlcat have earned enough goodwill on the pathfinder series to know that the MANY bugs and issues will be ironed out over the coming months. I certainly would have liked things to be a bit more stable on the launch but the core of what is here is excellent. Been dreaming of a true 40k CRPG for many years and its here. However I do think that it was a ♥♥♥♥ move to not include the season pass with the pre-orders, especially the collectors edition. The argument that it wasn't planned is not realistic given that post launch plans and scope agreements with licensed IP's takes months to approve ahead of time, so internally I think they had the seasons pass planned for a while and I don't think its unreasonable for people who paid 300$ for a collectors edition to expect to receive the day 1 season pass.

That all being said, if you like the CRPG's/Pathfinder games and are a 40k nerd or want to experience 40k for the first time, its great and will only get better as the issues get fixed. I do have one request though. PLEASE DO NOT ONLY release DLC that is separate from the main campaign. I hate when DLC and the main game are separate. Put in new systems to explore, new stories, new characters, do proper expansions for this instead of short DLC side campaigns.

Also I get that BG3 hit a pretty big crowd and people playing BG3 think that's what all CRPG's are. They are not. Please stop comparing other CRPG's to baulders Gate 3. 1. it is an unfair criticism and standard. 2. its annoying 3. it low key shows you are not a CRPG player and don't understand or have love for the genre especially when you take the best, rare gem, AAA production quality CRPG and compare lesser budget games to that standard and they they are bad because it isn't that. It's dumb af.

Holds some of the issues from Mutant year Zero but honestly its a genuinely great game. Awesome atmosphere, fun combat, good story, nice VO and characters. The world is very well built and level design is wonderful and detailed. If you enjoy Turn based tactics is it well worth the money for a solid experience.
