建議可以加個官員消息控制，市民出逃封鎖地區，逃離醫院，吃退燒藥帶毒過關，醫護人手不足，政府無限量接收病源地市民，然後一些封閉國家反而逃過一劫，還有示威排外阻止外國帶箘者進入，還有新年強化傳播力，等原素。
