Figata colossale.... non era il mio gioco preferito e non lo è, ma resta il gioco a cui torno più spesso... sarà per il suo carisma e fascino, sarà che non mi va giù l'idea che non facciano un nuovo episodio o il 3, sarà che tra tutti gli ambienti di gioco è quello che ancora dopo venti anni mi stupisce di più.... lo consiglio vivamente, in più è moddabile!!!!!!!!!

Don't buy it.
I'm not going to trust them ever again.

Bugs aside, it looks terrible. Horizons has it's good features, it was complete although it hadn't the graphic and gameplay components promised from Frontier, but still, it was good.
This ♥♥♥♥♥♥ alpha-look-a-like DLC didn't add anything new, only more of the same kind of missions with an unbalanced compensation ratio, which means endless grinding. We didn't ask for it!!! No atmospheric planets you can land on? NO. I just wanted to go on Mars and visiting the Olympus Mons once and for all, but no, you can't. BOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

Jokes aside, this DLC is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥.
Have I already said that? yes, and I'll repeat it to everyone who asks me if it's worth paying 40 €.
Needless to say it's not, at the present state.
Back in 2016 When I discovered ED:Horizons, it was way better, I got engaged with the gameplay, it was superior to the other games, entrertaining, graphically awesome, I spent more time making screenshots than play missions, that's probabily why it took to me 5 years to be awarded to Petty Officer huhauhauhuahuhauhauhauahuha anyway, the comparison with Odissey is mostly on the mission content and variety, you now have to grind up to 10 times more in order to farm something useful, enemy i.a. is quite simplistic, but they can shoot you dead in 10 seconds, even if you discharge all of your bullets in your magazine on them... It's simply useless. I didn't even try to report bugs to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ devs, they seem not to listen to our complaints anymore, so I guess they couldn't care less... right?
I understand the effort you have to put on the gameplay in order to achieve something, but now it's far too difficoult, everything concerning the advance of your carreer (including ship, engineering, suite, etc.) should be more or less the same as before, but no, if you want to improve your suites and your hand weapons, it requires too much effort. And it's not different from the ship engineering, same procedures, only more tedious and slower. I think I'll never play Odissey ever again, but if you want to spend 40 € and try to prove me wrong..... I don't care, just go and waste your money.

Don't buy this ♥♥♥♥.

Save your money for some other games...
And, do NOT have the temptation to leave this game for Star Citizen or the other Triple A ♥♥♥♥♥♥ games, you could find some more satisfaction for the great looking planets and organic biomes, but don't forget that is not a finished game, and you would come back on your steps after a few hours, because there is no gameplay (in my opinion it's a SCAM, but whatever).

That being said, I think I'm going to leave the last comment on this game, because, as I said, I won't play ED:something anymore, as long as I'll ask for a forced refund. Here it comes:

Awesome!!! On consoles is very ♥♥♥♥♥♥, but I'm on PC, so what the ♥♥♥♥ do I care? lol

5 minutes of play and the connection drops down! That's not because of me having issues, all is working perfectly here, all the other games don't give me a connection error every 5 minutes, only this one does. And ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥'s ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying!!!! Solo play is practically impossibleat this point, after it regains its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ connection, all the progress is lost and I have to start over again and again, with all the weapons I gathered, but still from the starting point in the story. I'm done with this ♥♥♥♥, I just wanted to give him a chance for once, but the poor work of the servers makes it impossible. Oh, and by the way, developers can SUCK MY ♥♥♥♥, why don't you improve your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ work, instead of claiming on the support page "it every other solution fails, you have to wait until the issue will resolve on its own". ISSUES DO ***NOT*** RESOLVE ON THEIR OWN, it's your fault sooo you must resolve this ♥♥♥♥. Go to hell.

This is what appears to me in less than ten minutes into the play. If I have to make a review on the game, I couldn't do it right now, because these issues don't allow me even to play. Too bad I spent money on this game, I was expecting a more stable title, at the present date I cannot complete even a single mission without having a nasty crash, so I definitely can't recommend this game... Not yet, at least. If you want to try it, take a look to all the reviews (I mean, ALL of them) to find those who complain about issues and game instabilities, I didn't unfortunately, and now I'm paying the consequences. Last time for me to buy a game without having viewed all the negative reviews before. E' UN GIOCO DI MERDA!!!!! RIVOGLIO I MIEI SOLDI LADRIIIIIIIIII

Good alpha, access. No VR support, although it would be almost necessary to fully enjoy a 100% physics-based experience. At its present state it's good for one or two hours going around with cars and smash them into the wall or fall from a cliff... nothing much else. Needs to be refined in the menu section, the modding section is strong enough, I can't say the same for the customization section, you can get a little bit of confusion over there. I tried the game with driving wheel with flypaddles and 3 pedals, the feeling is realistic enough, but again, it would be much better with VR support. Considering the fact I've been playing with this alpha access almost since day one, I will come back to play with it and give it a positive rating only when they will add the VR support. BTW, don't buy it.

One of the best sandbox games ever made. The author should charge full price to his creation.
